DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to an apparatus for aseptically filling containers with contents such as 118% alcohol such as sake and highly acidic foods. Most of the food is filled into the container by hot filling. ◎Highly acidic foods generally have a pH of 4.6 or higher.
Refers to fruits, vegetables, and processed foods. Such foods include pII r! Dairy products, gluten, jam,
These include jelly, fruit pulp, vinegar, ketchup, tomato sauce, gelatin desserts, etc.Recently, there has been a trend toward diversification of food products, and paper containers and plastic containers are widely used as filling containers and stand out. When hot filling these containers as in the past, there are problems such as it takes time to cool down, the quality deteriorates due to heating, and there is a problem with the generation of heated odors. is strongly desired.

On the other hand, HIQ! is an aseptic filling method for highly acidic foods, etc. There is a method of sterilization, but this method eliminates 0.0% in the food. The residual H2O can cause the destruction of the vitamins in foods, especially juices, or cause them to turn brown, as well as the H2O leaking from the filling machine. There were environmental health problems such as reddening of workers' fur due to exposure to water. Also, containers used to hold highly acidic foods, sake, and other foods must have oxygen-blocking properties to prevent food from oxidizing. It is the same as before that a high value is desired, but there is a large amount of head space in the container as well as a large amount of food (contents) after high temperature sterilization. Even if you try to maintain the quality of the contents by cold-filling, the air in the headspace will cause the contents to deteriorate. To eliminate this headspace, you can fill the container to the full, but if the container is Due to the intermittent operation, the content liquid level may ripple, causing problems such as oats flowing and spilling. Conventional aseptic filling equipment does not transfer sterilized contents into paper or plastic composite containers. When filling and sealing with a lid, the container is soaked in advance, then filled with the contents, and then covered with a cover film that is covered with a separate material. However, in order to sterilize the cover fill^ and form the lid body,
It is necessary to additionally provide a punching machine 1 for forming the lid, a molding process, and a molding process, which increases the size of the aseptic filling apparatus, which is disadvantageous in terms of economy.

Water in the range of 50 to 96°C alone is effective because it can sterilize microorganisms, but preferably a sterilizing solution containing natural organic acids has -1) H of 2 to 4; In the case of highly acidic foods such as Odiace, which can be sterilized in a short period of time, the control microorganisms are molds, yeasts, and general pathogenic bacteria, and heat-resistant high %A
Even if l11 spores survive, they cannot proliferate under high acidity.

After filling the contents, the container 19 is intermittently transferred to the stop position B, where the hot plate of the preheating heater 51 is turned on to preheat the seven flange portions of the container 19. At this time, the pallet 18 with the lid holder is at the position of the lid mounting fold 1152, and the preceding lid 21 is lifted up between its suction cups. In addition, the next lid 21 is brought under the contents dispensing nozzle (equipment), but at this time, the supply from the filling nozzle is stopped.〇Next, the contents are filled, 7 The container 19 whose flange portion has been preheated is sent to the lid-installation WI 52, where the lid body 2] is pushed down onto the content-filled container 19 between suction cups,
It is installed using the drop-lid method. The container 1119 with the III body attached is then sent from the (mu's) stop position to the BO stop position 53, where it is sealed.
After this process, the heated part is cooled in the cooling device Wt54, and the cooled volume 1119 becomes a product to be exposed to sunlight. The product thus manufactured is then transferred to the aseptic chamber 4.
7, the date is printed by the date stamp device 56, and then the product is lifted and removed from the pallet 18 by the product take-out device 57, and placed on the zero product conveyor group which is guided onto the product conveyor wall. The guided products are conveyed by this conveyor and transferred to the next work process, for example, a product boxing process.

In addition, in the description of this embodiment (1), an example was described in which two pallets of an endless conveyor, two lids, and two lids were arranged alternately in a row. It is not limited to rows, and may be one row or three or more rows. Also, an example was explained in which container holders and lid holders held on an endless conveyor were alternately arranged one by one as shown in the figure. However, two or three or more units may be arranged alternately. When two or three units are arranged alternately, the content filling speed can be improved by providing two or three stages of content filling and sealing means.

As described above, the aseptic filling device for contents according to the present invention includes an endless conveyor that is driven intermittently, and container holders and lid holders that are attached to the endless conveyor and arranged alternately in the running direction of the endless conveyor. and sterilize the container and lid held by the container holder and lid holder, respectively,
A sterile drying processing means for drying, a sterile chamber formed downstream of the processing means and passing an endless conveyor, and a contents filling and sealing means provided in the sterile chamber, the contents filling and sealing means After filling the container with the contents and sealing the filled container with the lid, it is important to fill the contents and attach the lid securely in a sterile environment. Since sterilization can be shared among the lids, and there is no need for an independent sterilizer to sterilize the lid, the device can be made smaller and more compact.

In addition, if the lid covering the container filled with contents has a drop-lid structure, the head space formed at the top of the container can be reduced or reduced, and the contents can be removed by the air in the head space. Since it can effectively prevent oxidation, it is suitable for filling highly acidic foods and foods such as fresh water.
