Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は洗剤組成物、特にフケ防止、剤を含有するシャ
ンプー組成物に関するものである。
フケ防止剤、例えばジンクピリジンチオン（すなわち、
ジンクオマジン、ジンク２−ピリジンチオール−Ｎ−オ
キシド、以下ＺＰＴと略称する）がフケ防止を目的とす
るシャンプー組成物中に頻繁に含有されている。このタ
イプの用途に適した多数の物質は水溶液に不溶性である
傾向を有し、従って、このような薬剤を含有する洗剤績
′成物は不透明または健った外観を有する。透明または
半透明洗剤組成物は視覚上魅力的であるが、これらの薬
剤の添加により不透明にされてしまう。
本発明によれば、透明または半透明の洗剤組成物の視覚
的魅力をフケ防止剤の利点と結合させることができる。
本発明によれば、洗剤を含有する透明ｔｗＦｉ半透明な
第一ゲル体及び第一ゲル体と隣接して、フケ防止剤を含
有する実質的に不透明な第ニゲル体を含む洗剤組成物が
与えられる。組成物は、好ましくは折りた次み可能な（
コラプシブル）チューブまたは他の容器に好適に含有さ
れており、従って２ｇのゲル体は互いに接触を保ち、自
立ゲル構造を形成する。
２種のゲル体の梗度はそれら自体を定位置に保持するの
に充分硬く、しかも、例えば、チューブのノズルを通し
て容易に押し出し可能であるものでなければならない。
好ましくは、２棟のゲル体は実質的に同一の流動学的性
質を有する。
好ましいフケ防止剤はＺＰＴであり、これｒｉ好適に祉
全組成物の０．１〜２．５重ｔ％の葉で組成物中に存在
する。２８のゲル体のＸｔ比は広い範囲で・変化させう
る。例えば、第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体の重量比は約１：
９から９：ｌでめ９うる。特に好適な比は１；１である
。２棟のゲル体の分布はまた異なる視覚的、ｅターンを
与えるため非常に広く変化させつる０例えば、一方のゲ
ル体を他方のゲル体中に完全に含有させてもよいし、あ
るいは一方のゲル体を他方のゲル体中に部分的に含有さ
せることにより１本の縞または複数本の縞を形成しても
よい。
２種のゲル体の望ましい流動学的性質はゲル体。
中に適当な増粘物質を含有させることにより達成できる
１例えば、ゲル体は天然または合成源のガムまたは増粘
剤により増粘できる。好適な増粘剤は、例えば、蛋白質
、シリカ、アルギン酸塩、ケイ酸マグネシウムナトリウ
ム、アクリル酸共重合体、無水マレイン酸共重合体及び
セルロースエーテル及びエステルである。
二義的洗浄及び／また泡安定化性質を有する物質を増粘
剤として使用するのが望ましいことが見い出された。１
種以上のこのような泡安定化剤／増粘剤物質が各ゲル体
中に存在でき、好ましい物質はラウリンイソプロパツー
ルアミドまたはココナツモノエタノールアミドである。
このような泡安定化剤／増粘剤の菫は好ましくは全組成
物の０５〜７．０重量％である。
好ましくは、各ゲル体は、感触及び艷を渦め、か静電気
による毛立ちを低下させることにより、シャンプー後の
毛髪の美髪状態を改善するだめの１種以上の薬剤を含有
する。このような薬剤は泡安定またＦｉ増粘作用を与え
ると上で記載した洗剤物質全体または一部ｔ−構成する
ものでｈっでもよく、あるいは界面活性性質を有する他
の薬剤、または特定の重合体ｖＪ個を包含するものであ
ってもよい、好適な界面活性物質はエトキシ化脂肪アル
コールリン酸エステル、　％Ｋ　Ｂｒ１ｐｈｏｓ　０３
Ｄという商品名で市販されているオレイルアルコールか
ら誘導しｆＣ＃１ｌｌＪ質である。好適な重合体物質は
商品名Ｊル１２５．４００または３０Ｍとして市販され
ているカチオン性セルロース糸樹脂または商品名ｇａｆ
−ｑｕａｔ　　７５５　Ｎとして市販されているビニル
ピロリドン共重合体の四級誘導体である。特に効果的な
物質は商品名Ｊ’ａｇｕｔ、ｒ　　０−１３−８として
Ｍｅｙ−ｈａｌｌ　Ｃｈｅｍｉｃａｌｓ　Ｌｔｄ、から
１ｔｉｔされているカチオン性グアーガムである。これ
は一方または両方ノゲル体中に全組成物の０．１〜５．
０重ｔ％の量で存在できる。
本発明による組成物はこの技術分野でよく知られた任意
の通常の洗剤を含有できる。シャンプー組成物の場合、
アニオン性洗剤、例えば、硫酸アルキルエステル普たは
硫酸アルキルエーテルのアルカリ金属、アンモニウム本
しくはヒドロキシアルキルアミン塩、アルキルベンゼン
スルホネート、アルキルスルホン、α−アルケニルスル
ホネート、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルスルホネート及
びポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルスル＊＊−ト、
を使用するのが普通である。しかしながら、非イオン性
及び両性洗剤もまた使用できる。好ましい洗剤は硫酸ラ
ウリルエーテルナ）　ＩＪウム塩を含む。
シャンプー組成物は好着しくけ（活性物質を１００−と
して）５〜２５重ｔチの洗剤を含有する。
本発明の組成物はまた杏水、着色剤及び保存剤のような
各棟の通常の添加成分を含有する。
両方のゲル体は所望ならば、第一ゲル体が透明または半
透明でいられるという前提で、盾色可Ｈヒである。
本発明の組成物は英国特許第９６２，７５７号明細書に
記載した方法及び装置を用いて、これら２種のゲル体を
適当な容器に仕込むことにより製造できる。
以下、実施例により本発明を例示する。
ｓｔ、ｇｓ（２ｓｌは硫酸ラウリルエーテルナトリウム
の２８嶽菫／容ｔチを意味する。
２柚のゲル体のＴＬ蓋比はｌ：１である。
実施例２ 第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体の重量比は３：１である。
実施例３ 第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体のｉｆｔ比はｌ：３である・ 第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体のｓｔ比は１：１である・ 実施例５ 第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体の重量比はｌ：ｌである。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　洗剤を含、有す５る透８Ａまたは半透明な第
    一ゲル体及び第一ゲル体と隣接して、フケ防止剤を含有
    する実質的に不透明な第ニゲル体を含む洗剤組成物。
  2. （２）２種のゲル体は実質的に同一の流動学的性質を有
    する特許請求の範囲第（１）項記載の組成物。
  3. （３）　　フケ防止剤社ジンクピリジンチオンを含む特
    許請求の範囲第（１）または（２）項記載の組成物。
  4. （４）第一ゲル体対第ニゲル体の重量比はｌ：９から９
    ：１である特許請求の範囲第（１）〜（３）項のいずれ
    か一つの項に記載の組成物。
  5. （５）一方のゲル体が他方のゲル体中に一部含有されて
    いて１本の縞または複数本の縞を形成しているｗ＃！ｆ
    請求の範囲第（１）〜（４）項のいずれか一つの項に記
    載の組成物。
  6. （６）組成物がそれを通って押し出されるノズルを包含
    する特許請求の範囲第（１）〜（５）項のいずれか一つ
    の項に記載の組成物を含有する容器。
  7. （７）　　コラブシブルチューブの形態をした特許請求
    の範囲第（６）項記載の容器。
