    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却塔内に投入堆積されて自重により降下する赤熱コー
    クスに前記冷却塔内の内部下部に設けられたガス吐出口
    から吐出されるガスと接触させることによって前記赤熱
    コークスを消火冷却するようにしたコークス乾式消火装
    置において、前記冷却塔の内部下部に設けられたファン
    ネルに、前記冷却塔内を降下するコークスの降下速度を
    遅緩させる降下遅緩板を設けてなることを特徴とするコ
    ークス乾式消火装置。
