Abstract

PURPOSE:Removal of harshness and washing with water are conducted with water treated with high-voltage static field to produce a YOMOGI powder of good color tone (used to make green-colored rice cake for, e.g., Doll's Festival). CONSTITUTION:Water to be used for removing the harshness of YOMOGI and washing it is treated by applying the alternate high-voltage static field produced by the generator 1 in the storage tank placed on the insulator 3. The high- voltage outlet 2 is connected to the net 2A of a stainless steel cylinder at the end and the cylinder is packed with activated carbon. The removal of harshness is carried out by putting YOMOGI into a vessel containing the treated water and wood ash and applying high voltage under heating with a burner. Then, the YOMOGI is washed with the treated water, dehydrated to dryness and made into a powder by means of a mill.

In general, mugwort beak contains essential oils, vitamins, various enzymes, Kirunefu V, tannins, and leesin, and mugwort powder is used as a Chinese herbal medicine and as a health food. However, with conventional mugwort powder, oxidation of chlorophyll is inevitable during the powdering process, and H! The inventor of the present invention solved this problem by creating a product that is green and beautiful, which has the disadvantage of becoming a dark color close to green or black, reducing the value of mugwort as a powdered product.
The aim was to obtain a thick powder with a high i value.

). This electronic water is generated by the warrior shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, numeral 1 is a rounded 2V clatrocharger (an AC high voltage electrostatic potential generator) that draws an AC high voltage equipotential, and 2 is a high voltage lead-out line that draws the AC high voltage electrostatic potential. Reference numeral 4 denotes a water storage tank fixed on the base G via an insulator 5, into which the end side of the high-voltage lead-out line 2 is introduced, and the end of the high-voltage lead-out line 2 is made of stainless steel and has a cylindrical shape. A rope body 2M is connected, and granular activated carbon (Bincho charcoal) 2B to 2B are packed inside the wire 2A. In addition,
The water storage tank 4 is made of polyethylene or stainless steel. Thus, tap water (or well water) 5 is put into the water storage dunk 4, and the aX @ field is established. That is,
The AC high-voltage electrostatic potential generated in the electrocharger 1 is applied to the tap water 5 in the water storage tank 4 through the beak body 2 through the high-voltage drawer 2, and the tap water 5 is applied to the tap water 5 in the water storage tank 4.
The position is *tr and becomes nine electron water 5m. In this example, we used a high-voltage electrostatic potential generator commercially available from Japan Electronics Research Institute [Electrocharger, Shoulder 2 B-500].

After that, the mugwort IH was cooled and washed with electronic water (12°C), and after washing, the mugwort IH was heated using a single-core dehydration II.
! After dehydration (not shown), the dehydrated mugwort leaves H were placed in a shoulder air dryer (not shown) for 12 hours at 50°C.
After drying for 0 minutes, a dried product of mugwort leaves with a moisture content of 6.6% was obtained. The dried product was milled, milled, and ground to obtain a powder of 200 pieces V1. The obtained wormwood powder has a bright green color and is stronger than conventionally processed products. (pH 7, 6) and a powder of mugwort prepared by a conventional method treated in the same manner as in this example. The results are shown in Table F. In addition to being bright, there is also a special feature that is rich in chlorophyll A/Il and carotene. This is thought to be because the use of electronic water prevents oxidation of chlorophyll during the treatment process.
