The conventional washing device has a water tank 3 as shown in FIG.
A fumarole pipe 31 is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 30, a net conveyor 32 is suspended in the water tank 30, and nails 33 are protruded from the net conveyor 32 at a required interval.
Then, while moving the leafy vegetables as the object W to be washed onto the nail 33 in the water tank 30, the fumarole pipe 31
However, such conventional devices have the following drawbacks.

It also improves the cleaning effect and transfers the leafy vegetables inside the cylinder by using the flow of water caused by the force of air bubbles. The purpose is to have a simple structure and a low cost.
以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例に基づき説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

This washing cylinder 1 is horizontally suspended in a water tank 4, and in the case of water, the upper part of the washing cylinder 1 is exposed slightly above the water surface 4' of the water tank 4, and the inside of the washing cylinder 1 is exposed. A space 5 communicating with the outside air is provided in the space. In addition, 6.6 is a support rod installed in the upper part of the washing tube 1, and a threaded part 6' is formed at the tip, and the groove is passed through the angle member 7 installed on the upper surface of the water tank 4. By screwing together the nut 8, the washing cylinder 1 is horizontally supported while being adjusted to a horizontal state. Further, 9 is a charging hopper connected to the charging/inlet 2. Further, in this embodiment, the cleaning tube 1 is configured as a cylinder with a circular cross section, but it may be configured as a tube with a square or polygonal cross section, and the number of cleaning tubes l is not shown in the example. However, the structure is not limited to two, and may be configured as a single tube or multiple tubes, which may be appropriately selected in consideration of the throughput, installation location, etc.

Each of the blowholes 13, 13...f provided at the tip of the nozzle tube 12 by penetrating the lower surface thereof and protruding into the interior of the cleaning tube 1 is opened in a state in which they are lined up in the length direction, The nozzle pipe 12 is tilted (approximately 60 degrees) toward the outlet 3 of the cleaning tube 1, and the K and P1 jet ports 13 are tilted toward the outlet 3 of the cleaning tube 1. I'm letting you do it. In this case, the nozzle pipe 1 is placed on the bottom surface of the washing cylinder l.
A through-hole 14 with a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter of the second through-hole 14 is formed, and a gap is formed inside this through-hole 14! ! 1115 and the nozzle pipe 12
1111115 is used as a gap for discharging sand, etc. during this period. Note that 16 is a stand for the blower, and 17 is an intake pipe connected to the suction side of the blower 11.

9 is opposed to the inlet 2 of the washing machine *i. Further, 20 is an overflow pipe, and the water level in the tank 4 is maintained constant by overflowing the water in the tank 4 through an overflow port 21 at the upper end.

Therefore, 1 yen of water is poured into the washing cylinder from the inlet 2 to the outlet 3.
When a flow is generated in the direction of 0, it becomes k0.And in this state, if leafy vegetables as the object to be washed W are put into the input port 2 with one part of the object W being at the tip, this leafy vegetable will flow through the inside of the washing tube 1 with water. It moves toward the discharge port 3 while being urged by the flow, and as it moves, it is washed while being bathed in air bubbles from below. In this case, the leafy vegetables move by floating up and down by being exposed to air bubbles from below and sinking due to the chalk, and the eastern part is diffused by the air bubbles, and the diffused eastern part is exposed to air bubbles.
In addition, since the air bubbles are concentrated within the regulated area inside the washing cylinder 1, it is possible to perform washing using the air bubbles effectively without letting the air bubbles escape. Also, at this time, if the washing tube 1 is formed so that the eight portions of the washing tube 1 can pass through the expanded eastern part of the leafy vegetables, all of the air bubbles can be bathed on the leafy vegetables without wasting them.

It will accumulate at the bottom of 4.

In addition, the flow of water per 1 yen in the washing tube can be promoted, and the transfer of leafy vegetables can be made even smoother.
