Generally, this type of leafy vegetable is washed in an aquarium by showering it with air bubbles.
The conventional washing device has a water tank 3 as shown in FIG.
A fumarole pipe 31 is disposed at the bottom of the water tank 30, a net conveyor 32 is suspended in the water tank 30, and nails 33 are protruded from the net conveyor 32 at a required interval. The leafy vegetables serving as the cleaning material W are suspended and moved within the water tank 30 while being washed by air bubbles from the fumarole pipe 31.

(Leafy vegetables come off the nails in the aquarium, and not only does it take a lot of time and effort to pick them up, but the leafy vegetables that come off the nails prevent the other leafy vegetables from being transferred. They keep coming off the nails one after another, making cleaning work impossible.

(3) Using a net conveyor causes major damage to the equipment, making it very expensive, and not only is there a problem in terms of hygiene due to dust adhering to the net conveyor, but it also takes a lot of time to remove this trash. This requires a lot of time and effort, and maintenance and management of the device cannot be carried out easily.

Therefore, in the present invention, a cylindrical body is hung horizontally in a water tank, and while leafy vegetables as objects to be washed are passed through the cylindrical body, air bubbles are intensively showered on the cylindrical body, thereby simplifying the work. By improving the cleaning effect and transferring the leafy vegetables within the cylinder using the flow of water caused by the force of air bubbles, the device can be simplified without the need for a separate drive device for transporting the leafy vegetables. The aim is to make it easier to configure and to keep the price low.

以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例に基づき説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

This washing cylinder 1 is horizontally suspended in a water tank 4, and in this case, the upper part of the washing cylinder 1 is exposed slightly above the water surface 4' of the water tank 4, and the washing cylinder 1 is placed inside the washing cylinder 1. A space 5 communicating with the outside air is provided.

In addition, 6°6 is a support rod installed upright on the top surface of the washing cylinder 1.
By forming a threaded portion σ at the tip and threading this through the angle material T installed on the top surface of the water tank 4, screw the nut 8 on, while adjusting the washing cylinder 1 to a horizontal state. I am trying to support it horizontally.

Further, in this embodiment, the cleaning cylinder 1 is constructed of a cylinder with a circular cross section, but it may be constructed as a cylinder with a square or polygonal cross section. The structure is not limited to a cylinder, but may be a single cylinder or multiple cylinders, and this may be appropriately selected in consideration of the throughput, installation location, etc.

10 is a fumarole pipe connected to the discharge side of the blower 11;
The nozzle pipes 1 are piped along the length directly below the washing cylinder 1, and the tips of a large number of nozzle pipes 12 are protruded from the upper surface of the washing cylinder 1 by penetrating the lower surface thereof.
The nozzle pipes 12 are opened at the distal end of the cleaning cylinder 1 in a longitudinally aligned manner, and the nozzle pipes 12 are connected to the exhaust port 3 of the cleaning cylinder 1. By inclining toward the side (approximately 60 degrees), the jet ports 13 are configured to be oriented obliquely toward the discharge port 3 side of the cleaning cylinder 1.

In this case, a through hole 14 having a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the nozzle pipe 12 is formed on the lower surface of the cleaning cylinder 1, and a gap 15 is maintained within the through hole 14 to allow the nozzle pipe 12 to be inserted therethrough. Accordingly, this gap 15 is used as a gap for discharging sand and the like.

Therefore, inside the cleaning cylinder 1, air bubbles are generated by the air jetted from the jet nozzle 13, and since these air bubbles are jetted from the oblique jet nozzle 13 toward the discharge port 3 side, the cleaning The water in the cylinder 1 will flow from the inlet 2 to the outlet 3.

In this state, when a leafy vegetable as the object to be washed W is fed from the input port 2 with its stem end at the tip, the leafy vegetable is pushed through the washing cylinder 1 by the flow of water and is transferred to the discharge port 2.
As it moves, it is washed by air bubbles from below.

In this case, the leafy vegetables move by repeatedly rising and falling due to the floating action caused by being exposed to air bubbles from below and the sinking action due to their own weight, and the leaves are diffused by the air bubbles, and the diffused leaves are exposed to the air bubbles. Since the air bubbles are concentrated within the regulated area inside the washing cylinder 1, washing can be performed using the air bubbles effectively without letting the air bubbles escape.

At this time, if the inner diameter of the washing tube 1 is made to be just large enough to allow the expanded leaves of the leafy vegetables to pass through, all of the air bubbles can be bathed on the leafy vegetables without wasting them.

The leafy vegetables washed in the washing cylinder 1 as described above are discharged from the outlet 3, and then taken up to complete the washing work.

Incidentally, the garbage removed from the leafy vegetables during washing floats on the water surface and flows into the overflow pipe 20 from the overflow port 21 and is removed, and the settled matter such as sand falls from the gap 15. It will accumulate at the bottom of the water tank 4.

Furthermore, as shown in the embodiment, if the water supply port 19 is arranged to face the input port 2 in the washing cylinder 1, clean water is supplied into the washing cylinder 1, and the circulation of fresh water and dirty water is promoted. In addition, the flow of water in the washing tube 1 can be promoted, and the transfer of leafy vegetables can be made even smoother.

Further, in the embodiment, the object to be washed W is leafy vegetables, but it is also possible to wash other chopped vegetables and the like.
