Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被照射物を照射する照明ランプとここの照明ランプの外
    周に設置されるランプハウスと、このランプハウスの一
    部に取付けられ、上記照明ランプから発光される熱線を
    吸収する熱線吸収フィルタと、上記照明ランプからの発
    光束を被照射物に集光させる光学系および上記ランプハ
    ウスを収容し、か２ランプハウスの上方に位置してエア
    フィルタが固定された筐体と、上記ランプハウスの下部
    に設置され、エアフィルタを介して外気を吸引しランプ
    ハウスの内部を冷却する冷却用ファンと、上記ランプハ
    ウスの上部とエアフィルタとの間に取付けられ、エアフ
    ィルタから進入する微細の塵埃が上記光学系側へ侵入す
    るのを防止する防塵用しやばら部材とを備えたことを特
    徴とする照明装置。
