Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被照射物を照射する照明ランプおよび集光用光学系と、
    十詑黙明ランプを冷却する冷却装置とを有する照明装置
    において、上記照明ランプを含む照明系の温度を検出す
    る温度検知装置と、上記冷却装置の駆動により外部の空
    気を採り入れて上記照明ランプに送り込むためのエアー
    バルブと、上記温度検知装置とエアーバルブとの間に接
    続され、温度検知装置の検知結果にもとづきエアーバル
    ブから送り込まれる空気の量を制御するバルブドライバ
    ー回路とを具備したことを特徴とする照明装置。
