２図は正面図、第３図はこの考案にかさるチェーン［動
式ローラーコンベアにおけるローラー間挾介物の除去装
置の要部の拡大図を夫々示し、１はスプロケットホイー
ル、２は無端チェーン、３はローラー、４はスプロケッ
トホイール軸、５は挾介物押出部、６は筒体、０はスプ
ロケットホイール軸４の中心、Ｏ′はローラー３の回転
中心、θはスプロケットホイール上の２個のローラー３
，３のスプロケットホイール軸の中心０に対する中心角
を夫々示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数対のスプロケットホイール１．１に噛合し、平行し
    て回転する一双の無端チェーン２．２間に一定ピッチで
    ローラー３が回転自在に軸架されているチェーン駆動弐
    〇−ラ〒コンベアーＡにおいて、前記ローラーコンベア
    ー上の被搬送物放出箇処Ｃにあるスプロケットホイール
    軸４に、チェーン２が該スプロケットホイール上に纏懸
    された時、該スプロケットホイール軸４の中心Ｏより該
    スプロケットホイール１上にあるローラー３．３の回転
    中心Ｏ′までの半径ｒより幾分大きな半径Ｒを、　　有
    し、且つ前記スプロケットホイール軸４の中心０に対す
    る前記ローラー３．３の中心角θと同じ中心角θを有す
    る挾介物押出部５．５を放射状に肴する筒体６を、該挾
    介物押出部５が前記ローラー３．３の間に介在するよう
    に遊嵌したことを特徴とするローラー間挾介物の除去装
    置。
