[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mount that is polymerized and wrapped around a mount for attaching a label in order to protect the printed surface of a printed label.

It has been practically impossible to immediately roll up a sticker printing machine that prints a large number of labels on a mount and sends them out because the ink runs and contaminates the labels.

For this reason, we either use an inefficient method of hanging the mount on something like a clothesline and letting it air dry before winding it up, or we incorporate a dryer into the sticker printing machine and force dry it as a continuous process. However, dryers are expensive and require a large amount of electricity to operate.

Furthermore, if a quick-drying printing ink is used to print the label, it is possible to immediately roll it up, but in this case there is a drawback that the type of ink is limited.

本考案は以上のような欠点を除去することを目的とした

The purpose of this invention was to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its feature is that the label is attached so that the backing paper can be immediately rolled up without waiting for the printing ink on the label to dry. The interleaving paper is superimposed on the surface of the mount with a small distance from the label, and the mount is rolled up together with the interleaving paper, thereby allowing efficient work without using a dryer.

However, as the mount, we use a strip of paper with approximately the same width as the mount that has been released with silicone resin, etc., and a large number of small protrusions are formed by embossing at regular intervals near both sides of the paper, and these small protrusions are attached to the mount. By touching each other, the backing paper and the backing paper are not in close contact with each other, but are wound in parallel with an interval equal to the height of the small protrusion, and there is a slight gap between the printed surface of the label stuck to the backing paper and the backing paper. is formed, and the undried printing ink does not come into contact with the backing paper and flow out, and is further naturally dried by the air flowing through this small gap.

以下図面に示す実施例に基ずき説明する。The following description will be made based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a mount paper that is delivered with a large number of labels 2 pasted at predetermined intervals, and the mount 1 is strip-shaped and has its surface coated with silicone resin or the like and subjected to a peeling process.

The interleaving paper 3 superimposed on the surface of the mount 1 is in the form of a band having approximately the same width as the mount 1, and the side facing the mount 1 is peeled off by coating with silicone resin or the like.

As is clear from Figures 1 and 2, the interleaving paper 3 is coated with semicircular arc-shaped small protrusions 4, 4, etc. protruding near both edges in the longitudinal direction at positions slightly wider than the width of the label 2. These small protrusions 4, 4...
As a result, a small gap 5 is formed between the label 2 on the mount 1 and the interleaving paper 3.

Figures 4a and 4b show modified examples of the small protrusions 4 formed on both sides of the interleaving paper 3. Figure 4a is a truncated conical small protrusion 4a penetrating the back surface; These small protrusions 4a, 4b are conical small protrusions 4b, which are protrudingly formed near both side edges of the interleaf paper 3 at a position slightly wider than the width of the label 2, and the small protrusions 4a,
The height of 4b is determined so that a slight gap 5 is formed between the label 2 and the surface of the label 2.

As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention is designed to create a slight gap between the ink printed by the sticker printing machine and the undried label surface, so that the ink is placed closer to the label width near both side edges of the interleaving paper. Since the small protrusions are formed at slightly wider positions, this interleaving paper can be wound up in synchronization with the winding machine of the mount printed by the sticker printing machine.

However, as shown in FIG. 1, if the ink is polymerized, rolled up, and left to stand, small protrusions are formed at regular intervals, and air flows through the gaps, allowing the printing ink on the label to dry naturally.

After air-drying, the paper can be re-rolled and the backing paper removed. Therefore, the interleaving paper can be used repeatedly, and since release paper is used, even if ink comes into contact with the label surface, the backing paper will not absorb the ink, which will prevent uneven printing. It has excellent effects such as preventing pollution and preventing pollution.
