Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）略平行して設けられた複数のＰＮ接合と、そのＰ
    Ｎ接合に対して２０乃至７０度の角度で交叉する側面を
    具備し、この側面とのなす角が鈍角となる面を載置面と
    した事を特徴とする発光ダイオード素子。
  2. （２）前記ＰＮ接合は異なった波長の光を放出し、裏面
    に近いＰＮ接合は赤色発光用である事を特徴とする前記
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発光ダイオード素
    子。
