。Next, at the height position of the table level, the suction cup 1
0 moves horizontally Y from the storage location 1 to the punch press machine, and after the plate material W1 is gripped by the work holder that grips and moves the plate material provided on the table 11 and punches it in the appropriate position, the suction is released, and then the same table 11 At the level height position, the punch press machine 4 moves backward Z to the storage location 1, and when the suction cup 10 thus reaches the storage location 1, the punch press machine performs the pressing operation.

This is because when the plate material is grabbed by the work holder of the punch press machine, a part of the plate material often enters the turret TU, TD, and the size of the plate material that can be processed by cutting This allows you to maximize the range of

The pressing operation starts when the disk moves out of the movement range of the moving member, that is, when the suction cup 10 returns to the storage location, and the time required for the Z movement is about 10 seconds. During this time, the press operation must be stopped unnecessarily.

If the following plates are lifted up with the plate W1 and the distance X is short, the second and subsequent plates often cannot be separated from the plate W1.In such a case, if you move the shredder Y, the table 11 will be In some cases, two plates are supplied to the next punch press machine, or the positions of the second and lower plates at storage point 1 are misaligned, which may cause problems in feeding the next plate material to the next punch press machine. Various inconveniences occur, such as the following plate materials falling and causing unexpected accidents.

Table level means the height at which the plate material held by the suction cup is gripped by the work holder, that is, the height at which the plate material can be inserted between the upper turret TU and the lower turret TD. This means that there is a suction cup 10 at.
