置の一実施例を示す構成図、第３図はこの考案に係る装
置の冷却サイクル図、第４図は減圧器の他の実施例を示
す部分断面斜視図である。 図において、１は電力用半導体装置、１０１はサイリス
タ素子、１０２はヒートシンク、２はタンク、４は導入
管、６は冷却器、７は圧縮器、８は高圧配管、９は減圧
器、９′はポーラスなヒートシンク、１０は吐出管、１
１は高圧絶縁配管、１２はガスタンクである。なお各図
中同一部分には同一符号を付している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　絶縁ガスを高温高圧に圧縮する圧縮機、前記圧縮機
    で圧縮された絶縁ガスを冷却する冷却器、前記冷却器で
    冷却された絶縁ガスを減圧し低温とする減圧器、前記減
    圧器で減圧された絶縁ガスで冷却される電力用半導体装
    置、および前記電力用半導体装置を冷却した絶縁ガスを
    前記圧縮機に戻す低圧配管を備えた電力用半導体装置の
    冷却装置。 ２　減圧器は絞り弁もしくはポーラスなヒートシンクで
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電力用半導体
    装置の冷却装置。 ３　冷却器と減圧器間の高圧配管と減圧器とは、高圧絶
    縁配管によって電気的に絶縁されている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の電力用半導体装置の冷却装置。 ４、冷却器と減圧器間には、絶縁ガスを貯蔵するガスタ
    ンクが設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項な
    いし第３項の何れか−に記載の電力用半導体装置の冷却
    装置。
