  1. ステップリカバリダイオードなどの容量素子と、この容
    量素子の入力側および出力側にそれぞれ設″けられた゛
    入力整合回路および出力整合回路とを備えた分周器にお
    いて、前記入力および出力の整合回路の一部に、この整
    合回路の線路長を制御するピンダイオードなどの高周波
    スイッチが設けられたことを特徴とする分周器。
