クロ波集積回路の接続を示す図であり、図中１および２
は基板厚の異なる２個のマイクロ波集積回路、３は寄生
容量素子、４は寄生誘導素子、５はこの考案の特徴をな
すマイクロストリップ変換器である。なお、図中、同一
あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

  1. 基板厚の異なる２個のマイクロ波集積回路を接続するマ
    イクロストリップ変換器において、テーバ状の基板を用
    い、かつ入出力インピーダンスが一定となるように上基
    基板上のマイクロストリップ線路にテーパをもたせたこ
    とを特徴とするマイクロストリップ変換器。
