Traditional paper boards such as corrugated paper and cardboard are lightweight,
Because it is cheap and easy to process, it is often used as packaging material for products, but it is not water resistant and has low physical strength such as impact resistance, so it is used for applications that are exposed to the rain outdoors or for repeated transportation. It is unsuitable for applications such as packaging materials, and it is difficult to make a decorative board with an aesthetic appearance because the surface has poor smoothness and the color tends to become dull. In addition, plastic board materials that replace paper are superior in terms of water resistance and surface aesthetics, but above all, they are expensive, and at the same time, they lack rigidity and have a high elastic restoring force, so they can be used as a board material by itself. It is difficult to maintain its shape, and even when it is processed into boxes, the body swells and is difficult to process. Therefore, it cannot be used as a complete substitute for paper board materials.

In consideration of these circumstances, the present invention uses paper board materials such as corrugated paper or cardboard as the main material, and maintains the advantages of paper board materials such as being inexpensive, lightweight, relatively high in rigidity, and easy to work with. On the other hand, by improving its disadvantages such as lack of water resistance, weak physical strength such as impact resistance, and poor surface appearance, it can be used not only as a durable packaging material and building material, but also as a decorative material. To provide a method for inexpensively and easily manufacturing a lightweight decorative board that can be used for many purposes such as art boards and advertising signboards.

The present invention will be explained based on a drawing showing one embodiment of the present invention. A decorative surface paper (1) with a pattern or color is attached to a mount (2) made of ordinary double-sided corrugated paper with an adhesive. The polymerized material is passed through a dipping machine (3) containing an aqueous synthetic resin liquid such as an aqueous solution of an initial condensate of a thermosetting resin or an aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic resin. The synthetic resin liquid is fully impregnated by this process, and then it is transferred onto the vibrator (4) to form the surface paper (1).
Then, any excess synthetic resin liquid adhering to the surface of the mount (2) or the center of the mount (2) is quickly dripped down and shaken off, and then transferred to the high-frequency dielectric heating machine (5). and surface paper (
The surface paper ( 1) and the mount (2) are integrally cured and bonded with a synthetic resin, and then transferred to a cooling machine (6) to obtain the desired decorative board (7) while reliably preventing surface stickiness. It is something.

The decorative board (7) obtained by such a method has a surface paper (1
) and the surface of the mount (2), and the synthetic resin liquid that has permeated into the internal tissue is uniformly heated by radio waves, so the synthetic resin in the internal tissue is heated uniformly by the radio waves. The drying of the liquid is carried out quickly and homogeneously without any danger of undried or uncured resin remaining in the internal structure due to interference from premature drying of the resin liquid on the surface. As shown, the entire surface of the surface paper (1) and the mount (2), including the inner surface with the corrugated core, is uniformly coated with the cured synthetic resin (8), and the entire internal structure is interconnected. The entire structure is conveniently supplemented with physical strength such as impact resistance, while the entire surface retains complete water resistance and hardening. This automatically creates a smooth surface with the gloss characteristic of plastic.

Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, by using a paper with an appropriate pattern or color as the surface paper (1), it can be used as a packaging material for products such as food transport boxes, frozen food storage boxes, and air transport boxes, or inside or outside of buildings. While it is a board material with beautiful patterns and colors that match various uses such as wearable boards, advertising signboards, whiteboards, blackboards, and art boards, it also has certain characteristics such as rigidity and impact resistance. It has great physical strength, water resistance, and weather resistance, so it can be used for long periods or repeatedly for various purposes on slopes, and it is said that Schiff 5 is a board material that is inexpensive, lightweight, and has good workability. A very advantageous and useful decorative board can be easily obtained.

Furthermore, the use of corrugated paper as the second mount (2) is extremely advantageous as a material for the decorative board according to the present invention, since corrugated paper itself is a board material that is inexpensive, lightweight, and has considerable rigidity due to its structure. However, it goes without saying that other suitable cardboard may be used in place of corrugated paper if desired. In addition to ordinary paper, the surface paper (1) may of course be made of synthetic paper, non-woven fabric, fiber cloth, or plastic film with appropriate moisture evaporation holes scattered therein, as required.

Furthermore, when it is desired to make the decorative board according to the present invention flame retardant for the purpose of using it as a building material, etc., this goal can be easily achieved by using a synthetic resin liquid in which a part of the flame retardant is mixed.

The method for manufacturing a decorative laminate of the present invention is as in the above-mentioned embodiment, in which a surface paper (1) of a certain size and a mount (2) are polymerized and then sequentially fed into a manufacturing device to form a decorative laminate of a certain size. (7
), in addition to the method of sequentially manufacturing a large number of sheets of paper (1) and the wrapping of mount paper (2), they are continuously stacked one on top of the other by sequentially unwinding a long sheet of surface paper (1) and a sheet of paper (2). It is also possible to manufacture a predetermined decorative board (7) through various steps such as impregnation and drying by high-frequency dielectric heating.

Furthermore, depending on the properties of the surface paper (1) and the backing paper (2), it is also possible to impregnate them with the synthetic resin liquid by applying or spraying the synthetic resin liquid instead of using the dipping method as described above. These methods may be adopted as needed.

As described above, the method of the present invention uses a mount such as corrugated paper and a suitably aesthetic surface paper to combine them into one piece through a very simple process, and at the same time, the entire structure of the paper is combined. An inexpensive and lightweight decorative board with a complete coating and structural reinforcement network made of hardened synthetic resin on the surface and inside, offering great water resistance and structural strength that cannot be obtained with conventional simple cardboard or reinforced corrugated poles. It has a remarkable effect on improving the durability and aesthetic appearance of product packaging boxes, and reducing the cost and weight of advertising signboards and various other boards.
