In order to raise the temperature of cc water by 10°C, the magnetron 6 was oscillated independently, and the fan 8 was rotated at high and low speeds at a frequency of 60, and the efficiency was compared in terms of the time required for each rotation.

It has been found that the efficiency of high-frequency heating can be improved by about 5% by lowering the rotation speed from p, m to 1000 r, p, m, which is a low rotation speed.

Using only radio waves, it is possible to drain the moisture generated from the food to be cooked during heating and remove fogging from doors and windows, etc., and also to suppress the outflow of broth from the food to be cooked, and to avoid wasting the food to be cooked. Since no further cooling is required, a decrease in heating efficiency can be suppressed.
