    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 能動的素子を収納した中空本体にキャップを被せ、この
    中空本体とキャップとをその全周に亘って所定パターン
    のメタライズ層によりハーメチックシールして戒名半導
    体装置において、キャップに施すべきメタライズ層のパ
    ターン輪郭周囲に予じめ該パターン形状を画成する環状
    溝を設けたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
