ステムを示す説明図、第２図は制御部とＮＣ装置の回路
構成を委す回路図、第３図は検出器の移動を示す説明図
である。 １・・・検知手段としての検出器、２・・・駆動手段と
しての駆動装置、４・・・制御手段としての制御部、５
・・−ＮＣ装置、６・・・位置検出手段としての位置検
出装置、４−１・・・第３の記憶手段。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物との接離に伴い検知信号を発生する検−知手段
    と、この検知手段と前記被測定物とを相対移動させる駆
    動手段と、前記検知手段と前記被測定物との相対位置を
    検知しその相対位置データを出力する位置検出手段と、
    前記検知手段からの検知信号に基づき前記駆動手段の駆
    動を制御するとともに被測定物ｉ検知手段との接触位置
    を計測する制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、一定の
    移動指令値を記憶した記憶部を有し、前記駆動手段−に
    より被測定物と検知手段とが相対移動され前記検知手段
    からそれらの接触に伴う検知信号を受けたとき前記駆動
    手段の駆動により更に被測定物と検知手段とを前記記憶
    部の移動指令値に基→く寸法だけ同芳向へ相対移動させ
    て停止させ、ついで。 この相対移動の方向とは逆方向へ前記記憶部の移゛動指
    令値に基づく寸法だけ相対移動させた後、更に同方向へ
    相対移動させ、この相対移動中においせ前記検知手段か
    ら被測定物の離脱に伴う検知信号を喪けたときの前記位
    置検出手段の相対位置データを計測値として出力する手
    段を含むことを特徴とする計測装置。′
