ステムを示す説明図、第２図は制御部とＮＣ装置の回路
構成を示す回路図、第３図は検出器の移動を示す説明図
である。 １・・・検知手段としての検出器、２・・・駆動手段と
しての駆動装置、４・・・制御手段としての制御部、５
・・−ＮＣ装置、６・・・位置検出手段としての位置検
出袋！、４１・・・第３の記憶手段。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物との接離に伴い検知信号を発生する検知手段と
    、この検知手段と前記被測定物とを相対移動させる駆動
    手段と、前記検知手段と前記被測定物ととの相対位置を
    検知しその相対位置データを出力する位置検出手段と１
    ．前記検知手段からの検知信号に基づき前記駆動手段の
    駆動を制御するとともに被測定物と検知手段との接触位
    置を計測する制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、一定
    の移動指令値を記憶した記憶部を有し、前記可動手−段
    により被測定物と検知手段とが相対移動され前記検知手
    段からそれらの接触に伴う検知信号を受けたとき前記駆
    動手段の駆動により更に被測定物と検知手段とを前記記
    憶部の移動指令値に基づく寸法だけ同方向へ相対移動さ
    せて停止させ、ついでこの相対移動の方向とは逆方向へ
    前記記憶部の移動指令値に基づく寸法より一定量少ない
    寸法だけ相対移動させた後、更に同方向へ相対移動させ
    、この相対移動中において前記検知手段から被測定　　
    、物との離脱に伴う検知信号を受けたときの前記位置検
    出手段の相対位置データを計測値として出力する手段を
    含むことを特徴とする計測装置。
