Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）内径面を円筒面とした自己潤滑性を有する軸受材
    料からなるブツシュの端面に、十字軸の中心部側に向っ
    て軸方向に突出するスカート部を形成したすべら軸受を
    、ヨークの軸受穴と十字軸のトラニオンの円筒面との間
    に介装してトラニオンを軸支させると共に、トラニオン
    基部の□　　シール軸部に前記スカート部を摺接させ、
    前記軸受穴内に固定した座板の中心部をトラニオンの軸
    端面に弾接させて予圧を働かせたユニバーサルジヨイン
    ト。
  2. （２）前記すべり軸受を、自己潤滑性を有する合成樹脂
    材料により形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲ｔｉ＞記載
    のユニバーサルジヨイント。
  3. （３）　　前記すべり軸受を、自己潤滑性を有する金属
    材料により形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載
    のユニバーサルジヨイント。
  4. （４）前記座板により十字軸の放射方向におけるすべり
    軸受の外端面及びトラニオンの軸端面を覆被させ、座板
    の円周適数個所を軸受穴内径面にかしめつけて固定した
    実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）から（３）までのいずれ
    か１つに記載のユニバーサルジヨイント。
  5. （５）前記座板を、すべり軸受の外周面および十字軸の
    放射方向における外端面を覆被するカップ状に形成し、
    該座板を介してすべり軸受を軸受穴に嵌合して、座板の
    円周適数個所を軸受穴内径面にかしめつけて固定した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲（１）から（３）までのいずれか
    １つに記載のユニバーサルジヨイント。
  6. （６）すべり軸受の十字軸の放射方向における外端部に
    、内径側に突出する鍔部を形成し、該鍔部とトラニオン
    の軸端面との間に前記座板を介装して、鍔部の外端面の
    適数個所を軸受穴内径面にかしめつけ、該すべり軸受を
    介して座板を軸受穴内に固定した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲（１）又は（３）に記載のユニバーサルジヨイント。
