Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）感熱素子を絶縁樹脂で被覆した温度センサに゛お
    いて、前記感熱素子に至るリード線に屈曲部を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする温度センサ。
  2. （２）前記屈曲部は、ジグザグに屈曲さすせて形成した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
    の温度センサ。
  3. （３）前記屈曲部は、スパイラル状に形成したことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の温度セ
    ンサ。
  4. （４）前記感熱素子は、サーミスタ素子をガラスによっ
    て封止した構造のものであることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項に記載の温
    度センサ。
