Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 研磨布を貼った上定盤と下定盤の間に被加工物を挿入し
    て相対的に回転させるとともに研磨剤を複数の供給流路
    を介して定盤間に供給しつつポリシングするポリシング
    装置において各研磨剤供給流路毎に流量調整弁を設け、
    供給流量を調整し得る構成としたことを特徴とするポリ
    シング装置。
