Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 緩徐な伸縮性のある靴胴部間縁を、靴金丸裏面に容易に
伸縮するメリヤス布とゴム片等で二層にした中底を圧着
固着妊せこれにつりこんで同じく伸縮性のある底を貼着
することで伸縮性のあるマランン靴を作製することにこ
の出願の′原発間である。
しかし、この中底固着方法は些細な本注意や一寸とした
他物との接触ではずれた際、再たび圧着固着させること
は不可能であり、且つ、最初からその工程をやりなおす
についても中底メリヤス剤に塗布した接着剤の乾燥に長
時間を要しがなり不便である。
この発明はこの欠点を除くためになてれたものでこれを
図面により説明すると原発間において使用したゴム等の
薄く容易に伸縮する中底２と、靴金型４の裏面に例えば
ラテックスと澱粉糊の混合物を７水で希釈した接着剤を
塗布して両者を接着すると中底２はかなシ強固に金型４
に固着しく第１図）靴胴部周縁のつυこみが容易にでき
る（第２図）。
しかもこれに底３を貼着し完成品を金型から離脱する際
は上側の接着法を用いて金型に固着芒せた中底は破損す
ることなくこれも容易に金型がら剥離する特性がある（
第３図）（通常使用きれている中底つりこみ接着剤等を
使用して中底を金型に固着させると製品は金型から剥離
困難で無理してはずすと中底が破れろ） こうして金型から剥落したマランン靴内面底部は中底ゴ
ム片２が露出しているのでその上部にメリヤス等伸縮性
のある布と伸縮性のあるゴム片等で二層にした中敷５を
挿入して完成する（第４図）伸縮性のある中底を用いて
伸縮性のあるマラソン靴製造する方法。
本　追加の関係 容易に伸縮する薄いゴム片とメリヤスを重合した中底を
金型裏面に固着でせろことで伸縮性のあるマラソン靴を
つく６点は原特許願、昭和５４年１７１６０８号の主要
部であるが本発明もまたその点を主要部としているもの
で薄く容易に伸縮する中底をメリヤス布を介せず直接金
型裏面に固着式せろ点で原特許願の発明よりもごく早く
、より簡単に伸縮性マラソン靴を完成し原特許願発明と
同一の目的を達成できる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ごく薄い伸縮性のあるゴム等の中底と靴金型裏面に接着
    剤を塗布して両者を固着てせ一時中底の伸縮性を止めて
    おいて靴胴部周縁をこれにつりこみ伸縮性のある底を貼
    着して完成する伸縮性のあるマランン靴の製法。
