    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）接地面に載置される誘電体基板を具備し、この誘
    電体基板は、その下面にメタライズ層が形成され、かつ
    このメタライズ層は誘電体基板の側面に形成されたメタ
    ライズ部分を介して、誘電体基板上面の回路パターンの
    一部に接続されていることを特徴とする回路基板構造。
  2. （２）メタライズ層とメタライズ部分は同工程で形成さ
    れた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回路基板構造
    。
