Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）半導体半絶縁性基板上に構成されたマイクロ波フ
    ィルタ回路　おいて、入力端子と出力端子間に接続され
    た複数個のインダクタの相互接続点にそれぞれ第１の電
    極が接続された複数個のキャパシタの第２の電極が共通
    電極として形成され、該共通電極がボンディング・ワイ
    ヤで接地された構造を特徴とするマイクロ波フィルタ回
    路。
  2. （２）　　前記共通電極上に第１の電極が設けられてキ
    ャパシタが形成され、該キャパシタの第１の電極がボン
    ディング・ワイヤで接地され、且つ該キャパシタとボン
    ディングφワイヤのインダクタが遮断周波数付近で直列
    共振することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のマイクロ波フィルタ回路。
  3. （３）前記複数個のインダクタのかわりに直列接続され
    たインダクタとキャパシタが形成され、且つ前記複数個
    のキャパシタのかわりに並列接続されたインダクタとキ
    ャパシタが形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のマイクロ波フィルタ回
    路。
