図面は本考案の一実施例を示し、第１図は餅練り用桶を
収容した状態の縦断側面図、第２図は粉練り用桶を収容
した状態の縦断側面図である。 図中、４はボイラタンク、７は桶収容部、９は蒸し用ヒ
ータ、１０は発酵用ヒータ、１６は餅練り用桶、１８は
取付部材、２２は蒸気孔、２３は粉練り用桶、２５は取
付部材、２７は通気孔である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボイラタンクと、これの上方に連設された桶収容部と、
    この桶収容部に収容されて夫々取付部材により前記ボイ
    ラタンクに選択的に取付けられる中で底部に蒸気孔を有
    した餅練り用桶及び底部を略無孔状に成した粉練り用桶
    とを具備すると共に、前記ボイラタンクから蒸気によっ
    て前記餅練り用桶での蒸し加熱と前記粉練り用桶でのイ
    ースト発酵加熱とを選択的に春ない得る様にしたもので
    あって、前記粉練り用桶の取付部材に、該粉練り用桶と
    前記桶収容部との間を前記ボイラタンクの内部と連通さ
    せる通気孔を形成したことを特徴とする食品加工機。
