Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　複数個の素電池を直列に積層してなる積層体
    を筒状金属外装体に装填するとともに、上記積層体の上
    下端面にそれぞれ電極端子板を配置し、かつ少くとも一
    方の電極端子板と積層体との間に金属製板バネを介在さ
    せる一方、上記筒状金属外装体の両端開口部をそれぞれ
    内方へ折曲し、この折曲部でもって上記電極端子板の周
    辺部を上記板バネの弾性復元力に抗して押え付け、さら
    に上記折曲部と上記電極端子板との間に電気絶縁部材を
    介在させてなる集合電池において、上記一方の電極端子
    板と上記金属製板バネとはそれぞれの周辺部にて電気絶
    縁材料により外側方から環状に囲繞されることにより一
    体化され、さらにこの電気絶縁材料が上記一方の電極端
    子板と上記折曲部との間に介在することを特徴とする集
    合電池。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）の電池において、
    上記電気絶縁材料は合成樹脂であることを特徴とする集
    合電池。 ′（３）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）の電池において
    、上記電気絶縁材料は環状のゴムバンドであることを特
    徴とする集合電池。
