Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）走行台車の後端部の左右に垂直に立上がる支柱を
    設け、前記左右の支柱の前面に調理物を載せる二以上の
    棚を上下に所定間隔を置いて水平に突設し、前記最下段
    の棚より上方の左右の支柱間に板体を取付けてなるカー
    ト棚と、前面の開閉扉により密閉される庫内に前記開閉
    扉に相対する前面に開口部を有し、かつ前記カート棚を
    内部に収容可能な大きさの箱型トンネル状に形成された
    空胴体を設置し、前記空胴体内にはこれに収容された前
    記各側をを上下から加熱する二以上の輻射熱加熱器を上
    下に所定間隔を置いて設置し、前記各輻射熱加熱器間に
    おける空胴体側板には狭少間隔の通気孔を設け、前記空
    胴体周囲の庫内に回転ファンによる熱風の循環路を構成
    し、底板下方には前記カート棚の走行台車を挿入可能な
    空間部を設け、前記開閉扉の下端が密接する底板前端部
    には前記カート棚の支柱の下端部を嵌合可能な切欠きを
    設けた加熱庫とからなることを特徴とするカート棚式オ
    ーブン。
  2. （２）　　輻射加熱器はそれぞれ別個に温度調節可能と
    してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のカート棚式オーブン。
