[Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a withdrawal device that is installed in, for example, a mechanized corner of a bank and automatically withdraws banknotes. [Technical background of the invention and its problems] In recent years, deposit and withdrawal devices called ATMs have been put into practical use and have achieved considerable results. This ATM
edTellersMachine)' is installed in the mechanized corner of banks and allows customers to automatically withdraw cash (banknotes) or deposit money (deposit) using media such as cards and passbooks. Machines that can perform this function can be used for extended hours even after bank counters have closed, and can also be used for unmanned operation by installing them inside stores such as supermarkets and supermarkets, so the number of machines installed is expected to increase in the future. It is predicted that However, conventional ATVs have separate deposit and withdrawal ports, which not only complicates the configuration, but also causes problems such as reduced operability and the possibility of forgetting to take out banknotes. It had Furthermore, during a withdrawal transaction, the front and back sides of the banknotes are determined and the reversed banknotes are temporarily accumulated in the front-back reversal section, so that all the front and back sides of the withdrawn banknotes are aligned, but conventionally, the reverse side banknotes are temporarily accumulated in the front-back reversal section. Since the banknotes are dispensed in batches to the withdrawal slot, variations in the thickness of the banknotes must be dealt with. The configuration must be such that the pinch rollers, etc. that make up the conveyance path can escape widely, resulting in an extremely complex VC configuration. The chances of occurrence of NotoSuki will increase and become certain (
ζ May not be transported. In addition, when conveying in bulk, there is a problem that unless the conveyance speed is slowed down, inertia force will work and the sheets will collide with pinch rollers, etc., so speed control is required. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and its objects are to simplify the structure, improve operability, prevent forgetting to take out banknotes, and to eliminate the problem from the front/back reversal part. To provide a cash withdrawal device which can transport banknotes reliably with a simple mechanism and without slowing down the transport speed. [Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a cash withdrawal port that serves as both a deposit port and a withdrawal port, and sequentially takes out and conveys banknotes one by one from a front-back reversing section. This is how it was done. [Embodiment of the Invention] The present invention will be described below with reference to an illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows a cash withdrawal device. Next, referring to FIG. 3 and FIGS. 4(a), 4(b), and 4(c), the bill receiving/removing device 15 disposed opposite the cash input/withdrawal port 7 and this cash withdrawal port 7 will be described. Explain. In the figure, 50 is a door body that opens and closes the cash withdrawal port 7, and this door body 5
The handle 50t1 is located at a position lower than the top surface of the horizontal operation panel 3b, so that the opening and closing operation of the door body 50 is not obstructed by customer's baggage such as a handbag. Further, a banknote storage chamber 51 is formed below the deposit/withdrawal port 7 that is opened and closed by the door body 50. This banknote storage chamber 5 has a bottom portion provided by a guide plate 52, and both side portions provided by a first conveyor belt 5 of the take-in mechanism 15a.
3 and the mutually opposing surface portions of the second conveyor belt 54 of the take-out mechanism 15b. 1, the intake mechanism 15a has the following configuration. That is, the pool IJss. Of se, a take-in roller 57 is provided coaxially with a pulley 55 located below. This take-in roller 57 is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the pulley 55 so as to protrude from the surface of the conveyor belt 53 of the younger brother 1 that is stretched over the groove 55, and this take-in roller 57
The lower end of is in contact with a reversing brake pelt 58 as means for preventing multiple sheets from being taken in. On the other hand, a backup body 59 is provided nested in the conveyor belt 54 of the younger brother 2. This backup body 5
9 is a guide shaft 61 via a linear bearing 6o.
A back-up body operating mechanism (not shown) uses the guide shaft 61 as a guide to push the banknotes A in the banknote storage chamber 51 toward the first conveyor belt 53 side using a spring force, and It is configured so that it can be moved to a position lower than the second conveyor belt 54 in order to escape from the conveyor belt 54. Further, the above-mentioned take-out mechanism 15b has the following configuration. That is, the second conveyor belt 54 includes a knurl 63 integrated with an impeller 62 disposed opposite the take-in roller 57, a pulley 64 provided above the knurl 63, and a plurality of pulleys 65... (only parts shown). This second conveyance belt 54 and a third conveyance belt 67 that is stretched around a pulley 66 and a pulley 65 (only one location is shown) arranged at the bottom of the banknote storage chamber 51 are mutually opposed to each other. The portion forms a part of a carry-out part 38a that carries out the banknotes A from the front-back reversing part 37 of the banknote conveyance path 38 to the banknote storage part 5. Further, the pulley 64 is attached to the free end side of an arm 71 which is swingable about the support shaft 68 of the impeller 62 and is always urged by a spring 69 to a position where it comes into contact with the stopper 70. This arm 71 is configured to be able to rotate about a support shaft 68 as a fulcrum against the urging force of a spring 69 by an arm actuation mechanism 72. That is, the plunger 73 of the plunger type magnet 73 is attached to the pivot end side of the arm 71.
One end of the spring 75 is connected to the spring 69, and the other end of the spring 75 has a stronger urging force than the spring 69, which has one end connected to the guide pulley 74, and the arm 21 is attached to the spring 69 by pulling the blanker 73a. It is configured so that it can be rotated clockwise against force. Also, banknotes A taken in by the taking-in roller 57
... are fed by the guide plate 76 between the conveyance rollers 77 and 78 forming a part of the take-in conveyance path section 38b of the banknote conveyance path 38. Note that there are two bill presence/absence detectors 41a. The upper banknote presence/absence detector 4lb among the 4lbs detects the connection between the upper end of the banknote A and the optical axis when the 10,000 yen banknote A, which is the largest size banknote, is securely stored in the banknote storage chamber 5. There is a certain interval in between, and a "bright" signal can be obtained. Moreover, the lower banknote presence/absence detector 41a is a banknote A...
- When the upper end of the banknote A is in a state of protruding from the withdrawal port 7 during a withdrawal operation, a deposit return operation, etc., a certain distance exists between the lower end of the banknote A and the optical axis. ``
It is now possible to obtain a "light" signal. Next, with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 (a), the operation at the timing of inserting banknotes during deposit will be explained. At the timing of depositing money, the door body 5o is pulled to the right by a motor (not shown), and the cash withdrawal port 7 is opened as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. At this time, the bag body 59 is placed in the trap at the position shown in Figure 3, and the customer enters the banknote storage chamber 5 through the cash withdrawal port 7 into the banknote bundle A whose denominations and front and back sides are mixed...
can be added all at once while standing. After inserting the banknotes, press the handle 50. as a signal to finish inserting the bills. When the door body 5o is moved to the left in the drawing to close the cash withdrawal port 7, a detector (not shown) detects this and a loading operation begins. That is, first, the first conveyor belt 53 on the right side of the figure runs in the direction of the arrow. As a result, the take-in roller 57, which has rubber with a high friction coefficient baked onto a part of its circumference, also begins to rotate. Meanwhile, at the same time, the knock-up Z-up body 59 is moved to the right in the figure by a knock-up body operating mechanism (not shown), and presses the banknote bundle A to the right as shown in FIG. It is pressed against the roller 57 and the first conveyor belt 53. At this time, the backup body 59 is configured to be pressed with a spring (not shown) in between, and the banknote bundle A
It can be pressed reliably regardless of the thickness of ... and does not put strain on the pack-ag operation mechanism. As the take-in roller 57 rotates, the banknote A at the end is taken in, and at this time, the reversing brake belt 58, which is rotating in the opposite direction to the take-in direction of the banknote A, takes in the second and subsequent banknotes. The banknotes A in the banknote storage chamber 51 are blocked from being taken in, and the banknotes A...
The sheets are taken in one by one and fed between conveyance rollers 77 and 78. Next, referring to FIG. is,
The pack-up body 59 moves to the left in the figure and retreats from the banknote storage chamber 51, and the tip of the banknote A fed from below via the impeller 62 is connected to the second conveyor belt 54 and the first conveyor belt 53. It is designed to be able to penetrate between the mutually facing surfaces of the Here, the banknotes A that have been conveyed downward one by one through the carry-out section 38m of the banknote conveyance path 38, that is, the banknotes A that have been pinched and conveyed by the second conveyance pelt 54 and the third conveyance pelt 67. The tip of the impeller 62 is inserted between the blades 62a, 62a, which are rotating counterclockwise. The tip is then guided upward by the second conveying belt 54, and when it reaches a predetermined position, the tip is moved to the impeller 62.
Get out of. At this time, the rear end side of the banknote A is equipped with an impeller 62.
Since the banknote A is sandwiched between the blade 62h and the first conveyor belt 53, the banknote A is conveyed upward, and the rear end of the banknote AO
When it reaches a position where it is removed from the conveying belt 67, it is flipped off to the right in the figure by the next blade 62a. Then, the banknotes A are stacked in the banknote storage chamber 5 with a sufficient gap formed between them and the second transport belt 54, and the subsequent banknotes A are the stacked banknotes A and the second transport belt 54.
and is accumulated in the same way as above. After a series of stacking is completed in this way, for bills that need to be read again, such as rejected bills at the time of deposit, the loading operation described with reference to FIG. 4 (→) is repeated with the door body 50 closed. In the case where the banknotes are automatically returned at the time of deposit, or the banknotes are paid at the time of withdrawal, the banknotes are returned directly to the customer without being read again, and the banknotes are paid out and removed by the customer as follows. As shown in FIG. 3, the banknote body 59 remains moved leftward in the figure,
With the conveying operation once stopped, the magnet 73 is attracted, and the arm 71 to which the pulley 64, around which the second conveying belt 54 is stretched, is attached, is rotated clockwise about the support shaft 68. Then, the banknote bundle A in the banknote storage chamber 51
. . . by the first conveying pelt 53 and the second conveying pelt 54.
Sandwiched with. After that, the door body 50 is opened, and the second conveyor belt 54 on the left side is made to run in the direction of the arrow at a slow conveyance speed that is reduced to the normal conveyance speed of 1710, and at the same time the first conveyor belt 53 on the right side Similarly, slow down and rotate in the direction of the arrow. Then, the banknote bundle A... is fed upward, and after rotating both conveyor belts ss and s4 in the groove where the lower banknote presence/absence detector 41g becomes "bright", the conveyance is stopped. At this time, since more than half of the banknote bundle A is stopped with more than half protruding from the cash withdrawal port 7, the customer can easily pull out the banknote bundle A. In addition, since it is firmly held in place by the biasing force of the spring ring 75, it will not fall or be blown away by the wind. On the other hand, when it is detected that the customer has pulled out the banknote bundle A... by the signal of the upper banknote presence/absence detector 4lb changing to "bright", the cashout port 7 is closed by the door body 50. The magnet 73 is released and the arm 7 is returned to its original position, and the PacAzzo body 59 located on the left returns to the position shown in FIG. 3, allowing the next step to proceed. If the signal of the banknote presence/absence detector 4lb does not change to "bright" even after a predetermined period of time has passed, the banknote A...
・The mechanism determines that it has been forgotten and begins collection operations. The operation at this time is to first move the first and second banknotes while holding the banknote A...
The conveyor belts 53 and 54 are run in the opposite direction of the arrow at a low speed of 1/10 of the normal conveyance speed, and the banknotes are taken in until the upper bill presence/absence detector 4lb changes to "bright". When the color changes to "bright", all the banknotes A... have been completely taken into the banknote storage chamber 51, so the attraction of the magnet 73 is released.
The arm 71 to which the pulley 64 on which the second transport belt 54 is hung is returned to its original position, and the cash withdrawal port 7 is closed by the door body 50. Thereafter, this banknote bundle A... is successively taken in one by one through the series of normal deposit taking operations described above with reference to FIG. 4(A). Next, the front-back reversing section 37 will be explained with reference to FIG. In the figure, 80 is a banknote temporary accumulation chamber, and this banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80 has a bottom formed by a guide plate 81, and both side surfaces formed by mutually opposing surfaces of conveying belts 82 and 83 of the accumulation mechanism 37h and the extraction mechanism 37b. ing. Further, the above-mentioned take-out mechanism 37b has the following structure. That is, among the rollers 114 and 85 over which the conveyor belt 83 located on the left side is stretched, a K take-out roller 86 is provided which is coaxial with the pulley 85 located above. This take-out roller 86 is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the pulley 85 so as to protrude from the surface of the conveyor belt 830 that is stretched around the sleeve 85.
The upper end is in contact with a reversing brake pelt 87 that serves as a means for preventing multiple sheets from being taken out. On the other hand, a back-up body 88 is provided in a nested state with the conveyance belt 82 on the right side, and this pack-up body 88 has a structure similar to that provided opposite the above-mentioned cash withdrawal port 7. Using the guide shaft 89 as a guide, the banknotes A in the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80 are pressed against the left conveying belt 82 side by spring force, or the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80
The structure is such that it can be moved to a position lower than the conveyor belt 82 on the right side in order to escape from the conveyor belt 82. Further, the accumulation mechanism 373 has the following configuration. That is, the right conveyor belt 82 has a pulley 9 integrated with an impeller 90 arranged opposite to the take-out roller 86.
1. It is suspended between a pulley 92 provided below and a plurality of pulleys (not shown). It is arranged above the right conveyance belt 82 and the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80!
A branch of the banknote conveyance path 38 that guides the banknotes A sorted by the J9b to the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80 by the mutually opposing portions of the banknote conveyor belt 94 which is hung over a pulley (not shown) and a pulley (not shown). The banknotes A, which are held by the conveyor belts 82 and 94 and conveyed one by one, pass through the blades 90a of the impeller 90, which is rotating counterclockwise. The tip is inserted for 90 breaths, and the banknotes are accumulated in the standing state in the temporary banknote accumulation chamber 80 in the same manner as in the case of the above-mentioned banknote loading/unloading device 15. In response to the bill ejection signal, the upper end of bill A, which was on the rear end side when it was brought in, is turned to the leading end side and the banknotes A are sequentially 1
You will need to take them out one by one and turn them over. That is,
The above-mentioned bill loading/unloading device 1 is activated by the bill loading/unloading signal.
5, the left conveying belt 83 travels in the direction of the arrow, and the take-out roller 86 begins to rotate. Meanwhile, at the same time, the backup body 88 moves 2
As shown by the dotted line, the paper money is moved to the left and pressed against the take-out roller 86 and the left conveyor belt 83. Then, one by one, the banknotes are taken out one by one starting from the endmost banknote A, and the banknotes are transported 17-,
It is designed to be sent between 795.96 and 795.96. The presence or absence of banknotes A in the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80 is detected by the "dark" and "bright" signals of the banknote presence/absence detector 41c. Next, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, the first and second

As described above with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the banknotes A in the banknote storage chamber 51 are taken in one by one via the take-in roller 57 starting from the endmost one. The captured banknote A... is detected by the first banknote passage detector 40a.
It is counted while shifting its passage by the inspection section 3.
It is sent to 0. Here, banknote discrimination is performed using a completely different method from the conventional discrimination method that captures partial characteristics. In other words, the ``short length'' and ``longitudinal length'' of the entire banknote A, ``magnetic/f-turn matching,'' ``color separation of transmitted light,'' ``division matching of fine parts using reflected light,'' and so on are performed. Inspection is performed while passing through the inspection section 30, which has four discrimination functions: type discrimination, authenticity discrimination, integrity discrimination, and front/back discrimination. As a result, if there is a banknote A1 that is found to be "fake" in the authenticity determination, that is, there is a banknote A that is overlapped, severely scratched, or damaged and cannot be recognized as a correct banknote. When the tip reaches the second bill passing detector 40b, the first sorting goot 39a moves to the right,
Further, the second distribution f-toe 39b is rotated to the left. Then, the rejected banknotes A that have reached the terminal end of the central conveyance section 38d are accumulated in the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 80 of the front-back reversing section 37 as shown by the broken line arrow. The rejected banknotes A... are accumulated in the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 8o until the loading of the deposited banknotes A... in the banknote storage chamber 51 facing the deposit/withdrawal port 7 is completed. Then, when it is detected by the "bright" signal of the banknote presence/absence detector 41a that all the banknotes A... in the banknote storage chamber 5 have been taken in, the rejected banknotes A... in the banknote temporary accumulation chamber 8o are detected. As described above with reference to FIG. 5, the sheets are taken out one by one via the take-out roller 86 starting from the endmost one. Then, they are transported via the transport section 3se on the left side of the figure and are accumulated in the banknote storage chamber 51 facing the cash withdrawal port 7 as described above with reference to FIG. 4 (→). The rejected banknotes A... accumulated in the banknote storage chamber 5 are taken in and conveyed again and re-inspected.On the other hand, banknotes A that have been determined to be 1.lllG in the authenticity determination are as shown by the solid line arrow. After being led to the conveyance section 38f on the right side in the figure by the first sorting goot 39a, the 5,000 yen bill A reaches the 5,000 yen/excluded bill storage section 20 via the i-th sorting dart 4oc. The 10,000 yen bill A is transferred to the lower branch transfer section 38g, the 1,000 yen bill A is transferred to the middle branch transfer section 38b which reaches the 10,000 yen bill storage section 2 via the fourth sorting dart 39d, and the 1,000 yen bill A is transferred to the fifth 1,000 yen bill A. They are each guided to the upper branch transfer section 381 that leads to the thousand yen bill storage section 23 via the sorting dart 3911. This is because it gets in between 10b and lllb and obstructs the taking in of the banknote A. First, a banknote A is taken out from the ten thousand yen banknote storage section 21. vacuum? The suction hole 133 is taken out through the hole 132 formed along the axis of the main shaft 100 and communicated with the hole 132 made in the holes 110a, 110a, 110b, and 110b. . . becomes a negative pressure, the banknote A is sucked, the banknote A is separated between the brake belts 139, 139 for preventing double taking, and the banknote A is taken into the conveyance section 3EIf. A detector 4 detects that the taken bill A immediately merges with the conveyance path 38
Counted at 0d. Since the detector 40d is installed at the position shown in the figure, the designated number of detectors 40d detects, counts, and immediately captures the information, and the half-rotation electromagnetic clutch 129 is turned off.
Even if it is an FF, there will be one extra card, which will always be rejected and the capital efficiency will be poor. Therefore, the detector 4θd continuously rotates the rotating rotors 110 and 111 until the designated number of sheets minus 1 is counted, and the detector 4θd takes out the sheets until the specified number of sheets is counted. Thereafter, the rotating rotors 110 and 111 are driven half a rotation, and when the detector 40d detects that the bill has been taken out, all the taking in is completed. That is, if one sheet of paper is to be dispensed, the rotor 110, 111 serving as a dispensing mechanism is rotated only half a rotation regardless of the detector 40d. The bills A taken out in this way pass through the same bill inspection section 36 as the deposit, and are subjected to "bill type determination,""authenticitydetermination,""fitnessdetermination," and "front/back determination." Regarding the above-mentioned "ticket type determination", it is inspected at the time of deposit, and there is no need to do so if the ticket is already deposited, but the staff may set the missing amount, so it cannot be said that there are no mistakes in setting, so it will be re-checked at the time of withdrawal. Appraise. For the same reason, it is necessary to re-examine the ``authenticity'' at the time of withdrawal. Also, since the characteristics of banknote A cannot be obtained by normal stacking, the banknotes are treated in the same way as counterfeit banknotes. Regarding ``determination of fitness'', it is desirable to accept deposits of genuine banknotes, no matter how dirty, as long as the type of banknote can be determined. These are called damaged banknotes and are returned to the Bank of Japan and disposed of. However, in order to pay customers, it is absolutely necessary to pay with these damaged banknotes. Therefore, at the time of withdrawal, the entire banknote A must be inspected, and banknotes that are defined as damaged banknotes, such as stains, tears, repaired cellophane tape, or bent corners, must be rejected. These damaged banknotes that have been determined to be rejected are sorted when the leading edge of the banknote A reaches the detector 40b, as shown by the two-dot chain arrow in FIG.
- The tote 39a is rotated to the left by a rotary lens (b), which is not shown, and guided to the conveyance section 38f on the right side in the figure. At this time, while the sorting dart 39c is taking out the banknotes A, the leftward direction is excited and rotated.
The banknotes A are guided to the 5,000 yen/excluded banknote storage section 20 and accumulated. In other words, the 5,000 yen/rejected banknote storage unit 20 only accepts and accumulates 5,000 yen banknotes at the time of deposit, but at the time of withdrawal, the rejected banknotes that are found to be inappropriate for payment as a result of inspection (the rejected banknotes are determined to be damaged banknotes as described above) This results in a collection of rejects that accept accepted tickets). In the normal payment operation, the payment is stopped once at the specified number of coins - 1, and the rotating rotors 110 and 111 equipped with the ejection keys 110aellhellOb and Illb are rotated an additional half turn to withdraw a predetermined number of coins. If there are banknotes, the rejected banknotes will not be counted and the withdrawal operation will continue. Now, deposited banknotes A... are transferred from the deposit/withdrawal port 7 to the banknote storage chamber 5.
When money is deposited into 1, it is usually front and back, forward and reverse, or mixed denominations, but at financial institution counters, when withdrawing money, it is always done with the money on the front side. Therefore, genuine banknote A will be sorted out.}39
The banknotes A and 39b are rotated to the right and enter the conveyance unit 3B& on the left side of the figure, but the banknote A is determined to be a reverse banknote by the "front/back determination" in the inspection unit 36, as shown by the broken line arrow in Figure 12. Then, when the tip of the banknote A reaches the detector 40b, the sorting dart 39
b is rotated to the left in the figure and temporarily accumulated in the front-back reversing section 37. The banknote A on the front side is not guided to the front/back reversing part 37 and is placed in the 12th banknote.
As shown by the solid arrow in the figure, the banknotes are accumulated in the banknote storage chamber 51 that faces the cash withdrawal port 7 in a straight line. After all the specified number of ten thousand yen banknotes have been accumulated in the banknote storage section 51 or the front-back reversing section 37, the banknotes A... in the front-back reversing section 37 are taken out toward the banknote storage chamber 51 and stacked. In this way, the 10,000 yen banknote A from the 10,000 yen banknote storage section 21
When the loading is completed, the same operation is performed in the 1,000 yen bill storage section 22.
Do this for 1,000 yen bill A from . Then, the 1,000 yen banknotes are stacked on top of the 10,000 yen banknote A..., and when all of the banknotes are taken in, the conveyor belts 121, 122, 123, 126
, 127, 128 and the vacuum pump are stopped, and when the detector 4lb detects that the customer has taken this banknote A..., the sensors provided in the 1,000 yen bill storage section 22 and the 10,000 yen banknote storage section 2 are activated.・Each motor 1 of gerator machine 830129
46 to advance the seven starter mechanism 30.29 until it is detected by the forward position detectors 1s2, 1s2, and then turn off the rotary solenoid 144.145 to vertically move the flappers 143m, 143b, 143c. Then rotate the motor 146 in the reverse direction again and connect the wire 15.
The sensor 4-lator mechanisms 30, 29 are pulled back at the point A which is detected by the initial position detectors 151, 151 via the point 0. Then, the state shown in FIG. 2 is established. 5,000 yen/If there is a banknote A to be ejected from the rejected banknote storage section 20, use exactly the same operation as the deposit accumulation operation to horizontally position the J4JIL, 143b, 143c and move the senocrator mechanism 28 forward. Flat/4
143a, 143b, and 143c are erected and the separator mechanism 28 is returned to its original initial position by a motor, whereby deposited 5,000 yen bills A and withdrawn bills A can be stacked together. When the banknotes A are taken out by the rotating rotors 110 and 111 serving as the takeout mechanism, they are squeezed by the brake belts 139 and 139 to prevent double taking and taken in one by one. Alternatively, the tip is stopped at a position slightly removed from 22. For this reason, the rotary solenoids 144 and 145 for erecting the upper and lower flanno 4143 & p143b and 143c are turned off.
If the FF operation is performed immediately after the completion of loading, there is a possibility that all the banknotes A cannot be returned to their original positions. For this reason, the rotary port as a take-out mechanism:
After only the main shaft 100 holding p77o, 117 is taken in, it is reversed for a while. In this way, the banknote A whose head has protruded somewhat due to being sandwiched between the brake belts 139, 139 for preventing double taking and the take-out tips 110ar111a, 110b, and lllb can be completely returned to the original storage section. After this state, the upper and lower flat/4
If you set '143aH143bH143c, all banknotes A...' will be flushed '4143a, 143b, 143c
You can return it to the initial state by pressing . Next, we will mainly refer to Figures 2 and 13 for the case of forgetting to collect the item.
This will be explained with reference to the figures. If the banknote A... is forgotten at the cash withdrawal port 2, that is, if the banknote presence/absence detector 4lb does not become "bright" even after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, it is determined that the banknote A has been forgotten. The banknotes A... are taken into the banknote storage chamber 51 as described above with reference to FIG. 4(c), and the door body 50 is closed. After that, the banknotes A... are taken in one by one and re-inspected, and as a result of the re-inspection, the banknotes A... that are determined to be "genuine banknotes" are transported as shown by the solid line arrows. The collected banknotes are accumulated in the temporary storage section 35 of the collected banknote storage section (recovery warehouse) 23. On the other hand, banknotes A that could not be inspected during the re-inspection are once accumulated in the front-back reversing unit 37 as shown by the broken line arrow, and then returned to the banknote storage unit 51 facing the cashout port 7 and inspected again. Ru. The reason for re-examining the forgotten banknotes A is that, although it is fine if you forget all of them, you may forget to take out some of them. This is because when a banknote A... is pushed out from the cash withdrawal port 7, if the banknote A... on the opposite side of the customer is bent and fallen down, the user cannot grasp the banknote A... ``Sometimes the customer pulls out the banknote and leaves the banknote A... behind. Therefore, the machine re-examines the amount to recognize how much has been forgotten. Incidentally, the data at this time is recorded in the backup book 160a as will be described later with reference to FIG. 19, so that it can be clearly seen in which transaction how much was left behind. Further, the forgotten banknotes A... are accumulated in the temporary storage section 35 of the collected banknote storage section (recovery warehouse) 23, and the previous banknotes are stored by the separator mechanism 31 as a partitioning means until the next time that the banknotes are left behind and are retrieved. It is stored in a partitioned manner without being combined with other items, so that it can be easily handled if a customer notices that he or she has forgotten to take something and immediately comes to pick it up. In addition, in a banknote circulation type deposit/withdrawal device, it is important to use the banknotes A as effectively as possible, so it is not possible to simply store them in the collected banknote storage section (collection warehouse) 23. If the machine is able to clearly distinguish and memorize the amount and denomination, it is possible to count the banknotes as "genuine banknotes" by switching the storage mode selector switch (not shown) to count each banknote as shown by the two-dot chain arrow in Figure 13. It is also possible to store banknotes in the storage units 20, 21, and 22 corresponding to the types, and to store only unrecognizable banknotes in the collected banknote storage unit 23. If the above-mentioned method is adopted in the banknote circulation system, an ATM with high capital efficiency can be realized, but in the banknote circulation system, banknotes A...
Since the storage capacity is circulated, it is important to know the current storage capacity of each storage unit 20, 21, 22, and 23 if you want to plan detailed operation. In other words, in conventional ATM deposit and withdrawal units, the amount of banknotes A for withdrawal is set as small as possible;
Make sure that "empty preliminary detection" and "empty detection" work frequently,
By frequently taking out deposited banknotes and depositing them into the teller's account, the amount of accumulated funds within the ATM has been reduced, increasing the efficiency of the bank's funds, for example. However, in the circulation type, the storage section is also used, so four detectors 43, 42, 45, and 44 are installed for "empty preliminary detection,""emptydetection,""full preliminary detection," and "full detection." However, the retention of banknotes A varies greatly depending on the balance of people's withdrawals. If there are many deposits, full reserve detector 4
5. It is inefficient to keep the example until the full age detector 44 works. Recently, safe cassettes have become larger so that they can be used for long periods of time, resulting in about 20 million yen of money being held up. On the other hand, when considering withdrawals, conventionally, how much money is lost and how long does it take to do so? For example, if the branch uses data such as day of the week, time of day, etc. was possible, but deposited banknotes A...
If the banknotes are circulated to be used as withdrawal banknotes A..., it becomes difficult to predict the situation. By the way, the deposit amount, deposit denomination, withdrawal amount, withdrawal denomination, etc. are stored in the storage unit 161, and are stored in each safe case note 1 as appropriate.
6.17.18.19 banknote amount, that is, each banknote storage section 2
It is conceivable to display the banknote amount of 0.21.22.23. The amount of banknotes in each banknote storage section 20, 21, 22, 23 is monitored by the internal monitor pupil 13 or the remote monitor device 1 outside the machine.
62, etc., the remaining amount in each banknote storage section 20, 21, 22, 23 can be seen at a glance without having to stop the machine and inspect it, and in particular, it is possible to prevent surplus funds from occurring. Currently, the banknotes A... are set in the withdrawal box by the staff, and the machine does not recognize how much has been set, but the empty reserve detector 43, empty detector 42, etc. detect it. Only for the first time will you realize that there is not enough remaining power. Therefore, in order to comprehensively recognize the current remaining amount, it is necessary to make the machine recognize the number and denomination of the bills A for withdrawal. This includes, for example, using a specific card to
Withdrawal banknotes A...Fill and replenish f:f no,
There are two methods: one is to fill the banknote storage with Ptm according to the normal deposit flow, and the other is to have the machine memorize the amount and amount deposited by the clerk by operating a specific key. According to the former, the machine itself performs inspection (7), so if a counting discrepancy occurs, checking items such as whether the number of sheets in a set is correct can be removed, and the machine's own counting becomes clearer. For the former, all you have to do is cenote from the rear and input the amount from the internal monitor device 13K, so you can quickly replenish the banknotes.1.Replenishment of normal banknotes A... is done in bundles of 100 sheets. Even if you don't count the banknotes A in this bundle, it is unlikely that they differ from 100, so you can know the current value without losing the accuracy of the current level of scrutiny. As for the method of replenishing the withdrawn banknotes, the collected banknote storage unit 23 may or may not forget to take them once a day. Collected banknotes A in section 23...
If there are any remaining banknotes, it may be removed, and then the banknotes A to be replenished are taken in and inspected using the internal monitor device 13 and then filled. The point is to have the machine memorize and calculate the loaded amount and denomination of the payout banknotes A by some method. In addition, in the calculation, the excluded banknote A when withdrawing money...
You can think about what to do about it. The above-mentioned rejected banknotes A... are the banknotes in the thousand yen banknote storage section 22 and the ten thousand yen banknote storage section 21, so they are "genuine banknotes", but they were rejected because they skidded or multiple sheets were taken when they were taken in. It is. This is 5,000 yen/excluded banknote storage T'dS20jg, but in most cases, 1 bill is stored in 1 bill, and 2 bills are usually collected in most cases, so 11 bill A is 1 bill in calculation. It is preferable to count one bill per time, and to count the rejected banknotes A as two per time. Next, the internal monitor device M13 will be explained with reference to FIG. Internal monitor device 13 is person withdrawal device 10
It is provided at the rear part of the main body 2 (see FIG. 1) and is operated in the case of staff processing from the rear, and is constructed as follows. That is, on the operation surface 163, there are a plurality of displays 164.
. . , a numeric display section 165 and a keyboard 166 are provided. The number display section 165 has, for example, 5 digits to display, and normally displays the code representing the selected transaction type and the operation status and number of the machine using l-digit numbers, and also displays an error in the operation of the K1 machine. When such an error occurs, the error code is displayed as a three-digit number, and all digits are used when displaying the amount of storage media, such as the remaining amount of bills to be paid out. The keyboard 166 is used to input various data and processing instructions, display the storage capacity of media, etc. Among the operation keys, necessary operation keys have a display run f16.
4 is built-in, and can be turned on as necessary to indicate that the key press is valid. In addition, 167 is a power switch for the entire machine,
168 is a monitor device changeover switch. Further, FIG. 15 shows the remote monitor device 162', which is installed in a location remote from the main body 2 (for example, a monitor room) and is connected to the internal monitor device 1.
Similar to 3, the machine status can be monitored and processed. That is, the operation surface 169 is provided with display numbers 170, . It has become. Furthermore, a plurality of automatic transaction devices are connected to this remote monitor device 162 in addition to the cash withdrawal device 1 in FIG. 1, and a plurality of automatic transaction devices are monitored by one remote monitor device. and can be controlled. That is, the operation surface 169Vc has a machine number designation switch 173. for designating one of the plurality of machines. ... is provided, and when the staff member specifies the car he/she wishes to monitor and control using the car designation switch 173, the remote monitor device 162 displays the same display as the internal monitor device 13 of the specified car. ing. It will look like the figure. Although the display of the remaining amount of 10,000 yen banknotes A and the data rewriting associated with replenishment have been described, the same can be done for other denominations as well. In addition, when using the remote monitor device 162, set the selector switch 168 of the internal monitor device 13 to "remote" and turn on the desired designated switch 73 among the machine number designation switches 173 of the remote monitor device 162. After jVCL, the same operation as described above may be performed. On the other hand, the cash withdrawal device 1 includes the date, transaction type, and information for each transaction.
The transaction type, bank number, store number, account number, validity code, denomination number, transaction amount, time, guidance information, etc. specified by the customer are sent to the card/slip processing unit and two sheets through one device. Record on stacked Noyanal paper J60, J60',
A part of the slip 16 is wound up on a linole 181 as a backup journal 160a, and the other part is of the form shown in Fig. 18.
0b, the slip is sent out from the slip issuing port 6 as necessary, that is, when a transaction is made without using a passbook. Note that the slip 160b that no longer needs to be issued is stored in the slip storage box 182. As mentioned above, if you forget to take the banknote A..., the date, transaction type, transaction type, bank number, store number, account number, denomination and number of banknotes you forgot to take, validity code, The time and contents such as the words "Toriwasrekaishu" are recorded via the card/slip processing unit device 11, and a part of the recorded slip is stored as a forgotten memo slip 160'b as shown in FIG. It is stored in a box 182 so that its contents can be clearly seen at a later date. Next, the card/slip processing unit device 1 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 20 and 21. In addition to reading the customer information stored in F (not shown), the details of the transaction and the information formed on the engraving section 183a of the magnetic card 183 are transferred to a two-layer paper 160, 160' made of pressure-sensitive paper.
and print it on the copy journal 160a and slip 1 as described above.
60b is created. That is, as shown in FIG. 20, when the magnetic card 183 is inserted from the card insertion slot 5, the card detector 184 detects the insertion of the magnetic card 183. Then, the shutter 185 opens and the drive system of the card conveyance path 186 begins to move. At this time, the magnetic card 183 is still being transported by the customer's manual operation K, but the magnetic card 183 is still being transported by the customer's manual operation K. The card 187 detects whether or not there is magnetic information in the magnetic strip provided on the magnetic card 183K. If it is detected that there is no magnetic information, the conveyor belts 188 and 189 forming the card conveyance path 186 are reversed, and the magnetic card 183 is conveyed through the card conveyance path 186 so that its rear end is detected by the card detector 184. The magnetic card 183 is transported at a constant speed until it is detected, and the presence or absence of magnetic information on the magnetic card 183 is detected again. Even if the card is detected again, it is determined that there is no magnetic information, and the card is returned to the card insertion slot 5 as not being a regular card. On the other hand, the magnetic card 183 determined to have magnetic information by the first or second detection is conveyed in the direction of arrow X through the card conveyance path 186, and the magnetic information is read by the magnetic head 190 during this conveyance. The magnetic card 183 from which the magnetic information has been read is conveyed to the embossing station section 19, and is moved to the embossing station section 19 by rollers 192 and 193.
It stops while being held in place. (The solid line arrow in Fig. 20 shows the flow of the magnetic force at this time.) The station section 19 is shown in Fig. 21 (as shown in Fig. 20, two sheets of journal paper 1c made of pressure-sensitive paper;
o. There is an opposing state K in the middle of the transfer path of J6o'. That is, the two stacked journal papers 160 and 161 are stored in the paper storage box 194 in the form of a band for many transactions and in the form of a zigzag fold for each transaction, and the first journal paper 160 is After being hung over the printing sprocket 195, the print section 196, the station section 191,
It passes through the separation part 197 in order, and then winds up the tip of the journal 160m as a backing journal 160m, and winds it around a coil 181VC. Further, the second no-year paper 160' is passed around the conveyance snow rocket 195, and then sequentially passes through the power vine section 198, the printing section 196, the empos station section 19, and the separation section 197, and then is transferred to the slip 160b. It is designed to be transported to a conversion section 199. (The broken line arrow in FIG. 21 indicates the flow of the slip 160a at this time.) When the magnetic card 183 is set in the embossing station section 191, the printing section 196 prints two sheets of no-yen paper 160 and 160', i.e. Back journal 16
0a and slip 160blC, the magnetic card 183
The customer information and transaction details are printed by the dot head 196a of the printing section 196. The above-mentioned copy journal 160a and slip 160b are slip 160
After the rear ends of the dots b are cut by the cutter section 198, they are fed by a predetermined amount, so that these first printing positions are opposed to the dot head 196a. Then, the conveyance operation of each journal paper 160, 160' and the printing operation by the dot head 196a are synchronized to print over a plurality of lines. Then, when the printing of the last line is completed, the copy journal 1601 and the slip 160b are transported by about several tens of millimeters, and the leading edge of the slip 16θb is transported by a positioner where it is held between the transport roller 200 and the pinch roller 201. At this time, the copy journal 160& and the envelope of the slip 160b superimposed on it? The embossed part 18 of the magnetic card 183 whose printing part is the embossing station part 191
It is in a state opposite to 3&. Next, transfer roller 2 of embossing station section 19
θ2 moves to the left in the figure as shown by the dashed-dotted arrow in FIG. Pressure-sensitive printing of bank numbers, store numbers, account numbers, etc. Transfer roller 202 at this time
Detector 2 detects the position of the roller support arm 203.
This is done by detecting at 04 and 205. Next, after the emboss information has been transferred, the conveyance roller 20
0 rotates, and the slip 160b whose leading end is held between the conveyance roller 2200 and the vinyl roller 201 is fed out and sent to the direction changing section 199 via a pair of conveyance rollers 206 and 206 rotating at high speed. Then, the vinch rollers 207, 207 provided above the direction changing section 199 transfer the slip 160b to the conveyor belt 2.
08.208, then transfer belt 208.2
08 travels and is transported in the direction V opposite to the magnetic card taking direction (arrow X direction) of the card transport path 186, and the date 2
09' to the sui-chipanoku section 210,
It is held in a pinched state by the conveyor belts 208, 208 and the pinch rollers 211. After this, the pinch roller 21 is moved to the conveyor belt 208.2.
Move counterclockwise in the diagram to pass between 08 and slip 1.
The slip 160b is sent to the slip issuing port 6 by pressing the slip 160b against the transport belt 212 which is disposed opposite to the transport belts 208 and 208, and the transport belts 212, 213 and 214 run. (Second
The broken arrow in Figure 0 shows the flow of the slip at this time. ,) Then, when the tip of the slip 160b is detected by the detector 215, the shutter 216 opens and the slip 160b is opened.
When the rear end of the slip 160b is detected by the detector 215, the conveyance is temporarily stopped 1, and the rear end of the slip 160b is detected by the conveyor belt 213.
and a pinch roller 217. If the slip 160b is not removed even after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, it is assumed that the slip 160b has been left in the slip storage box 182.
will be collected. In addition, in the case of a passbook transaction, there is no need to issue the slip 160b, so the slip 160b, which has been sent once to the nuitch puncture section 21θ, is pressed by the vinci roller 218 and the conveyor belt 208, 208 is reversed, thereby creating a slip storage box. 182. At this time, I forgot to take the slip 1
60b and the slip 16θb, which does not need to be issued and is stored in the slip storage box 182, can be clearly seen because the front and back sides are reversed. On the other hand, the tension roller 219
The tension roller 219 is then wound around the take-up reel 181, and the support arm 220 of the tension roller 219 is oscillated depending on the tension of the retainer journal 160a. Then, by detecting this displacement amount by the detector 221VC, the winding wheel 18
The first drive motor 222 is controlled to appropriately wind up the retaining journal 160a so that the tension is approximately constant. On the other hand, the forgotten memo slip 1 mentioned above with reference to FIG.
60'b is printed and then stored in the slip storage box 182 as a VCL as in the case of a passbook transaction. In addition, there is a so-called ticket exchange in which banknotes are changed into banknotes with completely different patterns every predetermined period (10 to 15 years). K is set for distribution. For this reason, this device is provided with a banknote circulation prohibition switch 46, and by turning on this switch 46 at the time of ticket exchange, etc., all old banknotes are stored in the 5,000M rejected banknote storage section 20. The storage section 2o is used as a deposit box. On the other hand, new banknotes are stored in the 10,000 yen banknote storage unit 21 and the 1,000yen banknote storage unit 22, and these are used exclusively for withdrawal. Further, at this time, the inspection section 36 that inspects the deposited banknotes does not perform fitness detection. In addition, in order to reliably prevent the issue of old banknotes deposited by VC to customers when switching banknotes,
It has become. In addition, when the amount of banknotes stored in each banknote storage section 22.21 that stores 1,000 yen banknotes A or 10,000 yen banknotes A as withdrawal banknotes decreases, the empty reserve detector 43 operates. This system notifies the staff to replenish the withdrawal banknotes so as not to interfere with the withdrawal transaction. Conversely, the banknote storage section 22.
The amount of stored banknotes A...21 has increased and the full reserve detector 4
3 is in operation so that there is no problem with deposit transactions. Conventionally, when the empty detector 42 and the full detector 44 were activated, the machine would stop, and the clerk would replenish or remove the banknotes A. However, in the device of the present invention, even if the fullness detector 44 detects that the banknotes A in the 1,000 yen bill storage section 22 or the 10,000 yen banknote storage section 21 are full, the device cannot be stopped. Instead, the transaction continues in the bunker where the clerk takes out banknotes A. In other words, if it is detected that the 1,000 yen bill storage section 22 or the 10,000 yen bill storage section 21 is full, it means that there are enough bills to be withdrawn, and there will be no problem with the withdrawal transaction, and the transaction can be continued as is. I can continue. In addition, in deposit transactions, deposited banknotes A... are replaced with 5,000 yen banknotes A, which are unsuitable for withdrawal.
If you store rejected banknotes (including undamaged 1000 yen banknotes and 10,000 yen banknotes) in the 5,000 yen/excluded banknote storage OBZQ in the same way as if the level of unfit and undamaged banknotes was tightened, Deposit transactions can now be continued. Further, if a withdrawal transaction is performed after the fullness detector 44 detects the fullness, the fullness detection may be canceled. In addition, in the description of the above-mentioned embodiment, a banknote circulation type in which deposited banknotes are used as disbursed banknotes has been described, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to this. In addition, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention has a configuration with a cash withdrawal port that serves both as a deposit port and a withdrawal port, so the structure is simplified compared to the conventional one that is provided separately. This improves operability and prevents forgetting to take out banknotes. In addition, since the bills are taken out and conveyed one by one from the front-back reversing section, the mechanism of the conveyance system is simpler than the conventional one-shot conveyance, and the conveyance can be carried out reliably without slowing down the conveyance speed. It produces such effects.
