Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）測定対象から放射される熱を光ファイバによ“　
    　り伝送し、それを電気信号に変換して温度測定するよ
    うにした光フアイバ放射温度計において、測定対象と光
    ファイバの測定対象側端面との間に所定温度で変形して
    測定対象からの熱を断続させるチョッパを設けてなる光
    フアイバ放射温度計。
  2. （２）測定対濠から放射される熱を伝送する光ファイバ
    として赤外ファイバを用いてなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の光フアイバ放射温度計。
  3. （３）チョッパが光ファイバにより伝送される熱エネル
    ギーにより駆動されるようにした実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の光フアイバ放射温度計。
