Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）複数の工具を収容する工具マガジンと、２腕．状
    のその両端にそれぞれ把持装置を備えた工具交換アーム
    とを有し、該工具交換アームは、スピンドル軸線に対し
    て平行な回転軸線のまわりを回転可能でありかつ回転軸
    線の方向に移動可能に構成されている、スピンドルに装
    着可能な工具を有する工作機械用の工具交換装置におい
    て、工具交換アームが、回転軸線に対して平行なもう一
    つの回動軸線のまわりで作業位置と非作業位置間を回動
    可能であることを特徴とする、前記工具交換装置。 （２）回動運動が回動軸線２４のまわりの旋回回転運動
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の工具交換
    装置。 （３）工具交換アーム２２がその非作業位置から直接把
    持位置へと回動暉動する実用新案登録請求の範而第１項
    或いは第２項に記載の工具交換装置。 （４）１８０６の回転運動を行い、その際回動角度がほ
    ぼ９０°である真直な工具交換アーム２２が用いられて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項までのう
    ちのいずれか１つに記載の工具交換装置。 （５）回動軸線２４が回転軸線２６と交換アームリ、こ
    の中空軸が機械と固く結合されている担持ケーシング４
    ２内に回転可能にかつ摺動可能に支承され、中空軸３８
    の内側に軸受ケーシング３２内に設けられた歯車装置５
    ２．５４．５５を介して工具交換アーム２２と回転連結
    さ２２の１方の端部との間に設けられている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第４項に記載の工具交換装置。 （６）２腕状の工具交換アーム２２の回動軸線２４から
    短かい長さを持つアーム２８が回動運動の際工具マガジ
    ン１８方向に回動ずる実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項に
    記載の工具交換装置。 （７）工具交換アーム２２の回転軸線２６が軸受ケーシ
    ング３２内において回転可能に配置され、この軸受ケー
    シング自体は工具交換アーム２２の回転軸線２６に対し
    て平行な回動軸線２４のまわりを回動可能に、かつこの
    回動軸線の方向に移動可能に機械に支承され、工具交換
    アーム２２の回転運動と軸受ケーシング３２の移動と回
    動運動とのための駆動部５６，５１１．６０が設けられ
    てい名実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項までの
    うちのいずれか１つに記載の工具交換装置。 （８）工具交換アーム２２の支承のための軸受ケーシン
    グ３２が中空軸３８の端部に固定されておれている駆動
    軸４４が設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項
    に記載の工具交換装置。 （９）中空軸３８の工具交換アーム２セと反対側の後方
    端部５０にこの中空軸の回転のための回転駆動部５６が
    設けられ、他の回転駆動部５８が駆動軸４４の中空軸３
    ８の後方端部から突出している部分に取付けられ、駆動
    軸４４の交換アーム２２と反対側の端部にこの駆動軸の
    縦方向の摺動のための摺動駆動部６０が取付けられてい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項或いは第８項に記載の
    工具交換装置。 （１０中空軸３８のための回転駆動部５６が、この中空
    軸に対して同心状に配設されかつ担持ケーシング４２内
    に支承された歯車６２を駆動する縦方向に摺動可能なラ
    ツク６６を備えており、この場合上記の歯車が、交換ア
    ームが入込んだ場合端面歯６８又はその類似の手段で中
    空軸３８の後部端面に形成された端面歯７０に、そして
    内歯７２を介して駆動軸に形成された第１０外歯７４と
    噛合う実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項或いは第８項に記
    載の工具交換装置。 αυ駆動軸４４のための回転駆動部５８が、駆動軸に対
    して同心状に配設されかつ担持ケーシング４２内に支承
    された歯車９０を駆動する縦力一向に摺動可能なラツク
    ９８を備えており、この場合上記の歯車が内歯８８を有
    し、この内歯が゛交換アーム２２の繰出しの際この交換
    アームの領域内に達する駆動軸４４の第２の外歯８６に
    噛合う実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項から第１０項まで
    のうちのいずれか１つに記載の工具交換装置。 ０渇駆動軸４４の外歯７４．８６の領域が、駆動軸が摺
    動した際中央の摺動位置において両外歯がそれらに所属
    する歯車６２．９０と噛合うように設けられている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第７項から第１１項までのうちのい
    ずれか１つに記栽の工具交換装置。 （１３）中空軸３８は、これが軸受ケーシング３２の作
    業位置に相当する位置で誤って回転するのを阻止する手
    段を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項から第１
    ２項までのうちのいずれか１つに記載の工具交換装置。 （１４）中空軸３８の回転を阻止する上記の手段が、中
    空軸の外表面に形成されていてかつ担持ケーシング４２
    の内面に設けられている滑り部材８４又はその類似手段
    が係合するガイド溝７６を備えている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１３項に記載の工具交換装置。 （１句上記のガイド溝７６が周方向に延びていて中空軸
    ３８の回転を許容する部分７８と、この部分に接続して
    いて縦方向に延びかつ中空軸の縦方向の摺動を許容し、
    また回転を阻止する部分８０を備えている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１４項に記載の工具交換装置。 （１Ｇ）工作機械が摺動可能なスピンドル台を備え、工
    具交換アーム２２の回動軸線２４がスピンドル台８で占
    められている空間の外側で機械に対し位置不動に設けら
    れ、工具交換アームがその作業位置とスピンドル台で占
    められている空間の完全に外側に存在する非作業位置と
    の間で回動可能である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項か
    ら第１５項までのうちのいずれか１つに記載の工具交換
    装置。
