Polypropylene is a synthetic resin that is widely available and has excellent heat resistance and moldability. Wood powder, on the other hand, is considerably cheaper;
Its use is also an effective use for things other than tree boards and pillar materials.
Can be obtained in large quantities. When wood powder is added to polypropylene as an extender, it is recognized that the bending strength, elastic modulus, heat strain temperature, and molding shrinkage rate are improved in terms of physical properties. When calcium sulfate powder was added,
Surprisingly, it was discovered that these physical properties were further improved. Moreover, these three components have good mutual affinity, and as a synthetic resin composition, other mechanical properties also exhibit values that pose no problem in practical use.

That is, it is most effective if atactic polypropylene is added in an amount of 10 to 15% by weight to the synthetic resin composition. 10% by weight
If it is less than 15% by weight, the impact resistance will be poor and silver marks may occur, and if it is more than 15% by weight, bleeding will occur on the surface of the molded product and the surface hardness will be lowered, which is not preferable.

Polypropylene having a molecular weight of about 25,000 to 200 mesh and atactic polypropylene having a molecular weight of about 25,000 to 35,000 are both suitable as components of the synthetic resin composition of the present invention. Particularly suitable synthetic resin compositions of the present invention include 30 to 45% by weight of polypropylene and 30 to 35% by weight of at least one selected from calcium carbonate, calcium sulfite, and calcium sulfate.
, 15 to 20% by weight of dry wood flour, and 10 to 15% by weight of atactic polypropylene.

Although it is advantageous in terms of price as a synthetic resin composition,
On the contrary, the moldability becomes poor and the impact strength decreases, which is not preferable. The synthetic resin composition of the present invention is produced by kneading the above mixture using a kneader at 180 to 200°C for about 1 minute, and then forming it into pellets through an extruder and a pelletizer. 22
Molded products of arbitrary shapes can be obtained by injection molding at about 0°C.

Calcium sulfate (CaSO4.2H20) powder, 100 meshes of dry wood flour obtained from the woody part of maple, and pellets of atactic polypropylene with a molecular weight of 25,000 were mixed, and this was mixed in an FCM Farrel type continuous kneading machine manufactured by Kobe Steel, Ltd. After melting at 200°C for 1 minute, the mixture is passed through an extruder and a pelletizer to form pellets.
