Claims (1)
- 多接点封失形スイッチの測定点を、ＸＹテーブルを用い
て、測定位置に移動させ、パルスモータで、変位計及荷
重変換器を同時に駆動させて、ワークバネの負荷特性を
測定し、この負荷特性より、制御装置でワークバネのバ
ックテンション値を算出する一連の流れを特徴とするバ
ックテンション測定装置。
