Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）差動トランスの測定コアと所定の検出部とを測定
    アームで接続し、差動トランスの出力に基づき検出部の
    変位量を測定する変位量測定装置において、異なる熱膨
    張係数の測定アームを用いた２個の差動トランスを設け
    、各トランス出力から測定アームの熱膨張測定誤差を比
    較演算しトランス出力を補正することにより、温度変化
    に係わりなく検出部の変位量を正確に測定することを特
    徴とする変位量測定装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲ｎ＋ｉ載の装置において
    、各差動トランスは、検出部に対しその測定コアが測定
    アームを介して縦列接続されたことを特徴とする変位量
    測定装置。
  3. （３）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の装置に
    おいて、各差動トランスは、検出部に対しその測定コア
    が測定アームを介して並列接続されたことを特徴とする
    変位量測定装置。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）ないしく３）のい
    ずれかの装置において、各差動トランスは、いずれか一
    方の差動トランスの測定アームと同一の線膨張係数を示
    す本体フレーム位置に取付固定されたことを特徴とする
    変位量測定装置。
