  1. 基板に設けられた膜状の発熱抵抗体の表面に、少なくと
    も一対の互いに離間した膜状の電極を設けて、各対の電
    極間部に発熱゛領域を形成する一方、発熱領域に相゛当
    する部分に耐摩耗層を積層して、該耐摩耗層の表面にお
    ける発熱領域に相当した部分を、凸面状に形成したこと
    を特徴とするサーマルヘッド。
