    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 近距離の被検体に超音波を発射し、そのエコー信号を受
    信してＣＲＴモニタに表示するために使用されるディジ
    タルスキャンコンバータにおいて、エコー情報信号をデ
    ィジタル信号としてラッチする読み込み用ＲＡＭと、こ
    の読み込み用ＲＡＭの情報を記憶するストア用ＲＡＭと
    、このＲＡＭの情報に、目的の画像を得るための操作を
    加える読み出し用ＲＡＭと、これらのＲＡＭの情報を転
    送し、アクセスタイミング等を制御するＣＰＵとを具備
    してなることを特徴とするディジタルスキャンコンバー
    タ。
