Most of them are made by heating and melting Bosch Styrol resin and manufacturing them all at once using a large-scale spoon molding machine, and the equipment and costs are unavoidable.Unless mass production is done, the unit price is inevitably high. These prices are becoming more expensive, which is also having an impact on cup-based food and drink products.

This was undesirable because it led to high unit costs and there were many opportunities for bacteria to adhere to the spoon.

。The present inventor has already proposed several types of paper spoons in response to the above-mentioned current situation, but the basic structure of these previously proposed paper spoons is that the gripping part is folded into a roughly V-shaped cross section. The container is further folded along the folding line to form a flat surface at the tip for use in stirring or scooping up beverages.

They have the disadvantage that they are not useful for scooping highly viscous foods and drinks, or that they are easily bent due to their lack of rigidity.

A base piece is formed in the center in the longitudinal direction excluding the tip portions that are the outer edges on both sides, and two folded lines are formed through the base piece, and on the other hand, from the boundary between the tip portion and the elongated shape portion to the tip end of the tip portion. A V-shaped folded edge reaching the outer edge is provided, and both outer edges are formed at the tip portion and stand at an angle with the spoon receiving part, and a discontinuous part is formed between the folded line and the two folded lines. This is an idea about a spoon.

Even if thin sheets of synthetic resin are used as a material, they can be expected to have the same effect as cardboard by organically bonding inorganic minerals (e.g. gypsum) to polyolefin resin and do not cause pollution such as toxic gas or black smoke. The purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

いた。The previous model had two folding lines in the longitudinal direction of the handle and one folding line on the holding part, but it was also possible to extend the appropriate number of auxiliary folding lines in the shape of branches beyond the folding line. It is known that spoons have two parallel folding lines at the clasp and two parallel folding lines at the clasp, but this type of spoon has a columnar folding line at the clasp. A defect occurred in which the strength of the part in the transverse direction was reduced, that is, a defect in which the strength of both end edges of the holding part was reduced.

.. The spoon receiving part 17 is formed into a flat shape by 12,
In addition, when raising the outer edges 3 and 4 on both sides at an angle, the fold line 7
, 8, the discontinuous portions 13.14 are folded in, and the outer edges 3.4 on both sides are erected at an angle, and this connects with the receiving portion 17 of the spoon to form a spoon in which the tip portion 2 is shaped like an abbreviation. Even if the receiving part 17 of the spoon is flat, it maintains the strength in the transverse and longitudinal directions of the spoon receiving part 17, and prevents the outer edges 3.4 on both sides from expanding to both sides.
It has the effect of preventing a decrease in strength.

。Furthermore, the strength of the spoon in the opposite direction to the scooping direction when using the spoon was reduced, which was a defect of the spoon in which the folding lines were connected to each other in the scooping part.
In the spoon according to the present invention, the possibility of formation of continuous folding lines, which causes a decrease in the strength of this type of spoon, is minimized, and the folding lines 7, 8 and the square folding line 11.
Discontinuous portions 13 and 14 are formed between the tip and the tip 12 to maintain strength in the scooping direction.

きる。Since the spoon of the present invention is constructed as described above, the base piece formed in the elongated portion and the gripping portion can prevent the spoon from bending in the longitudinal direction during use, and the tip portion is provided with a V-shaped folding line. Therefore, the spoon receiving part and the outer edges on both sides work together to maintain a constant shape with the tip part omitted, and a discontinuous part is formed at the tip part, the elongated shape part, and the boundary part, and the folding is continuous. , it has strong resistance to bending of the spoon holder in the scooping direction and the backward direction, and as a result, it is possible to reliably scoop foods such as ice cream with high viscosity, and the scooped food and drinks can be easily bent in the scooping direction and in the backward direction. It is possible to provide a whole spoon or a spoon that does not bend without overflowing.
