Conventionally, the laces and the insole are sewn together at their peripheral edges, and the laces, that is, the California style laces, are hung on the last.
The shoe last is combined with the side mold and the sole mold, and the sole molding material is injected into the sole molding gap, and the sole is molded. is generally known.

However, in California style laces, the midsole is usually made of a softer and thinner material compared to the lace cover, so the midsole cannot be stretched in the edge direction. When hanging the shoe into a shoe last, excessive tension was applied to the midsole, causing cracks in the midsole. If a shoe sole is injection molded onto a lace that cracks in the midsole during the lifting process, the sole molding material may enter the inside of the midsole through the crack during the sole molding process. It hardens inside the shoes, making them uncomfortable to wear and degrading the appearance of the shoes. For this reason, if a crack occurred in the midsole during the lifting process, the problem was corrected by removing the laces from the last and re-sewing the midsole onto the laces.
The work became complicated and inefficient.

In the present invention, the dustable, flexible tape 2 includes tapes made of cloth, paper, leather, thin rubber, or synthetic resin. The tape 2 of , S is one that covers and adheres the crack part 121 of the inner sole with an adhesive, but the tape 2 of
If you use a so-called pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that has been previously coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, it will be easier to attach the tape 2I71). If a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape coated with 10% of common cold liquid is used, the last 4 is heated in advance to improve moldability in the production of injection molded shoes.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is cross-linked by the heat of the shoe last 4, and the adhesive strength between the last 2 and the insole 12 is strengthened. Alternatively, since it is anchored in the stitches, the adhesiveness between the sole 3 and the midsole 12 is not hindered by the tape 2.

Since this invention is constructed as described above, cracks may occur in the midsole 12 when the laces 1 are hung on the last 4. Cracks in the midsole 1.2.
1, tape 2. It is very easy to correct part 1 because the only thing to do is to cover and glue the tape 2. Furthermore, when forming the sole, the tape 2 is coated and glued into the crack 121 of the midsole, so it is easy to correct the part 1. Contact: The agent 121 prevents the sole molding material from entering the inside □ of the midsole 12, and as in the past, the sole molding material enters the inside of the midsole and is trapped inside the shoe. It does not degrade the feel or appearance of the shoe. Further, since the tape 2 is made of a flexible material, the tape 2 does not reduce the flexibility of the shoe or hinder the foot contact. Therefore, according to the present invention, injection molded shoes with good comfort and appearance can be obtained.
