    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波信号の伝送路と一次巻線が並列接続され二次巻線
    が少くとも一対の巻数の同じ巻線からなるトランスと、
    このトランスの前記二次巻線の電気的極性の相反する一
    方の各端子とそれぞれ接続されたピンダイオードとを含
    み、前記一対の二次巻線の他方の各端子を共通接続して
    この接続点から前記高周波信号がスイッチングされるス
    イッチング信号を供給することを特徴とする高速スイッ
    チング回路。
