  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　内燃機関の排気管の途中にハニカムタイプのセラミ
    ック製パティキュレイト捕集フィルタを内装させ、この
    フィルタの外筒部周囲には高周波誘導コイルを巻回し、
    この高周波誘導コイルは回路をオンオフする再燃焼スイ
    ッチを介して高周波発生源に接続したことを特徴とする
    内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 ２　前記高周波誘導コイルがパティキュレイト捕集フィ
    ルタの排気ガス入口側外周面のみに巻回されていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内燃
    機関の排気浄化装置。 ３　前記高周波誘導コイルがパティキュレイト捕集フィ
    ルタの排気ガス入口側には密に巻回され、出口側には粗
    に巻回されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
