  1. 交流電流を整流する整流装置と、該整流装置の出力を高
    周波スイッチングするチョッパ装置と、該チョッパ装置
    からの出力を平滑する直流リアクトルと、該直流リアク
    トルの蓄積エネルギーを出力に回生ずるフライホイルグ
    ーと、前記直流リアクトルの出力を交流矩形波電流に交
    換するインバータ装置とにより構成されたことを特徴と
    する放電ランプ用電源装置。
