  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 針板上面に対し布送り方向手前下方から先方上方に斜め
    に交叉し且つ布送り方向に離れ平行な二つの直線に沿っ
    て上下動可能とし針糸を有すると共に針板上面から距離
    がそれぞれ異なる様に針棒に固定した二本の針と、 下ルーパー糸を持ち針の上昇時において両針の針糸ルー
    プの捕捉時に両針と布送り方向に一定の間隔をもって交
    叉するように、針の上下動に同期して布送り方向に平行
    する固定軸線を中心に揺動し且つその軸線に沿って往復
    動可能とした下ルーバーと、 上ルーパー糸を持ち下ルーパーが針糸ループを捕捉した
    後に下ルーパー糸を捕捉し且つ針の下降時において下ル
    ーパー糸を絡んだ上ルーパー糸の糸玉角内に両針が貫通
    するように、針及び下ルーパーと同期して布送り方向に
    平行する固定軸線を中心に揺動可能とした上ルーバー、 とを備えた二本針線かがりミシン。
