  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　パレットＰに所要数載置または埋込配置され、該バ
    レン）Ｐ内に多岐的に配設された油圧流路と各々連結し
    て該油圧流路を介して同時に高圧油を供給排出して作動
    させる治具用油圧クランプシリンダにおいて、 油圧流路から油圧クランプシリンダＨｃに連通ずる流路

    弁７または常閉チェック弁２０を自動復帰可能な外部開
