Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 静止体とこの静止体内に摺動自在に支持された移動体の
    上面、下面および両端面との間に流体を供給して移動体
    を静圧軸受にて支承された状態で移動させる移動装置に
    おいて、上記静止体と移動体の上面との間の間隔と流体
    供給源との間に、上記移動体の駆動機構に連動して上記
    移動体の移動を停止したときのみ静止体と移動体の上面
    との間の間隙より流体を排出させて移動体を静止体に位
    置決め固定する切換機構を設けたことを特徴とする静圧
    軸受を利用した移動体の位置決め固定装置。
