    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体共振回路又はマイクロストリップラインを用いた
    マイクロ波共振回路に於て、誘電体共振回路を塔載する
    か或はマイクロストリップラインを形成せる絶縁性回路
    基板と略同じ大きさで且つ該回路基板と略同じ線膨張係
    数を有する板を前記回路基板が載置された導電性枠体の
    外側に接着したことを特徴とするマイクロ波共振回路。
