    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれ高周波発振器を取付けた２本の導波管をＬ字形
    に連結し、各導波管の中心軸どうしの交点に対向して各
    導波管と加熱室とを結合する結合孔１０を設け、この結
    合孔１０の中心を貫通するように回転アンテナ１１の回
    転軸１２を配設し、上記２本の導波管の長辺寸法ａをと
    もに使用波長入０の７デとし、かつ上記回転軸１２とそ
    れぞれの導波管壁面までの距離１をともに長辺寸法ａの
    寺としたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
