、２４：スイッチ（第二検出手段）、２６：切換弁、２
７：電磁リレー。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力流体発生源と、ブレーキ操作機構と応動して該圧力
    流体発生源からの圧力流体の流通を切換よるコントロー
    ルバルブト、該コントロールバルブからの圧力流体を第
    一圧力室または第二圧力室へ導入して往復作動するアク
    チュエータと、これらを連通ずる配管と、アクチュエー
    タの作動を入力して作動するマスターシリンダと、該マ
    スターシリンダと配管にて接続されたブレーキユニット
    とを有し、前記ブレーキ操作機構の作動にてブレーキユ
    ニットの制動を解除するブレーキ装置において、前記ブ
    レーキ操作機構が作動状態にあることを検出し、制動解
    除信号を出力する第一検出手段と、アクチュエータが復
    帰状態にあることを検出し、復帰信号を出力する第二検
    出手段と、圧力流体発生源とアクチュエータとの藺の回
    路を開放作動する切換弁若しくは圧力流体発生源の駆動
    を停止作動する電磁リレーとを設け、前記制動解除信号
    および復帰信号が共に入力された際該切換弁若しくは電
    磁リレーを作動させることを特徴とするブレーキ装置。
