Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストン頂部に設けたキャビティ燃焼室と、該キャビテ
    ィ燃焼室に先端が臨むようにシリンダヘッドに取り付け
    た燃料噴射ノズルとを備えた直噴式ディーゼル機関にお
    いて、前記キャビティ燃焼室がピストン頂部の略中心位
    置に設けた第１のキャビティ燃焼室および該第１のキャ
    ビティ燃焼室の開口上部に連続しかつその第１のキャビ
    ティ燃焼室より開口径が大きい第２のキャビティ燃焼室
    からなり、該第２のキャビティ燃焼室の底面を、燃料噴
    射ノズルからの燃料噴霧の流線に略一致するように構成
    したことを特徴とする直噴式ディーゼル機関。
