    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の通路を横切るように設けた貫通孔付き弁座板、該
    弁座板に重ね合わされ、該弁座板と平行な平面内で可動
    な貫通孔付き弁体板、該弁体板を可動方向一方へ付勢し
    たはね、該弁体板を該ばねの作用力に逆らう方向へ駆動
    できる磁石、および該磁石による該弁体板の駆動力を温
    度変化により制御する磁束制御素子を含む流体用サーモ
    バルブ。
